I purchased five handrails and hired a contractor to assembled and install on my new foundation steps. They are very attractive looking, but they ALL fall apart. I noticed rust and called the manufacturer direct and they told me it was out of warranty. Their warranty is ONE YEAR! Beware! Should have looked closer because they are made in China, my bad. Reached out to Amazon which I got someone in India and he said he couldn't find my order number which I had the number sitting in front of me. He told me to call the manufacturer. I thought Amazon would stand behind their products that are sold on their site. Obviously, they don't, or don't care. Amazon's website when ordering, there was nothing listed to purchase an extended warranty, which are on some of their products. Not even sure if I would have purchased that extended warranty, it was wrought iron, which should not rust, bow or pull apart!See pictures attached.

The handrail is very well made, very sturdy. It has a thick coat of paint over the metal. We installed on concrete and was easy using a hammer drill. In fact, I ordered one for the other side.

Have the right tools and this will work out great. The cement anchors were ok that came with it but found them a little temperamental. I actually picked up some better ones at a hardware box store after one bent when try to anchor and tighten. They were definitely knuckle busters. Standard anchors worked faster and there was plenty of room under the foot covers. Railing was super sturdy and my in-laws love it for safety and appearance.

Heavy, sturdy metal. Nice finish. I bolted it to big rocks with provided hardware. They even included a wrench and hex. You’ll need a hammer drill and cement bits or hand drill for wood.

It seamlessly integrated into my daily routine without any hassle. The product clearly delivered on its promises, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's evident that the company put thought into making this product user-friendly and efficient.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The instructions that came with this are minimal. Unless one is familiar with household projects it might take a while to figure out how to set this up of installation. All the parts were there, so it was fairly easy. There were a lot of fasteners included that were unidentified, so I wasn't sure of their purpose. They didn't really fit anything, so I just stuck them in a box, just in case. There were no instructions on the sleeve anchors so I messed up on the first two. Having a hammer drill is critical. Trying to do this project with an ordinary drill would have taken hours.Overall it looks nice and does the job.

Heavy, well made. Good paint job.Not hard to install, drill a few holes in concrete, insert and tighten a few bolts. The instructions, or lack of, is only an illustration. The instructions say to use a 10mm cement drill, I couldn't find any 10mm at Home Depot or Lowes.Someone put a video on Youtube and he used a 3/8 drill bit. That makes the hole a little to small, but if you work with it, it can be enlarged. It's very sturdy and suits our purposes. The posts were level, even though the photo is distorted. We like the curved hand rail.I think it was good value.

The handrail itself is strong and well made. However, the concrete bolts did not work at all (or the way to usethem was not adequately provided). After drilling the holes so the"brass colored" anchor could be inserted into the bottom rail plateand into the concrete, tightening of the bolt did NOT works suchthat they became locked into the holes to support the handrail. Ihad to go to the local hardware store and buy '4' 3/8ths by 1.75inch concrete anchor bolts (for $8) - then fortunately, they workedgreat in the holes that were already drilled. Also, please provide a "metal" template for the whole pattern of thebottom plate (drilling the holes was the most difficult task on the in-stallation) and a masonry bit (or at least provide the needed informa-tion in the instructions.Otherwise, the handrail looks and works great! Thanks ... L

I got this for my garage into house stairs. It is sturdy once installed ( with extra hardware I bought), however the instructions were not very helpful... there was way MORE hardware than useful, and no clear instructions on what to use. e.g., there were 8 bolt type things with sleeves with weird nuts (but not really nuts), but there were only 4 holes. These were to attach the handrail and support to the posts... but why were there 8 ? Long story short the only useful nformation was that the taller post goes on the lower step and the direction the hand rail goes. I ended up going to the hardware store to get additional metric nuts and washers to make it more stable AND I have a whole bunch of mystery hardware left over! (I am a pretty experienced DIY, assember). For an item with only 4 basic parts plus hardware it was a long task!

These hand railings are even more sturdy and attractive than I expected. They are adding safety to heavy stone front steps and with a 10 mm. bit were not difficult to install.
