Great, modern railing that is close enough to the wall while also leaving plenty of space for hands to grab. It’s built well, works great, and a great price. Installation was a breeze. I like that the longer rail has three points of contact with the wall. The rail is nice but not super heavy to where it would pull away from the wall due to weight and use. A great product.

The rail looks good but the drill bit it came with makes the hole to big that the anchors fall into the wall. The screw just pushes it in. There is no lip to the anchors to hold on sheet rock. It's better to use your own drill bit and make it tight to hammer the anchor in. Now have to go to homedopt to get bigger and better anchors

I was told the 6ft rail did not have a mounting plate in the middle of it, and that it only had mounting plates on the far end which is what i was hoping for. Especially since there are videos on this item page of long 1-piece railings of the same type. It doesnt say anywhere on the page that the railing would be in 2 pieces or that it would have a mounting plate in the middle, but to my disappointment both of these things happened so now if i dont find a way to get a 1-piece 6ft rail then i have to make more alterations to my staircase and add a brand new tall wood post. If you have access to a 6ft 1-piece railing like i saw in your video I'd greatly appreciate any help. ***i wll update review if selling contacts me.***
