I love it, so much better than wood banisters that come in most homes. Looks great with my hardwood stairs. It was really easy to install too.

This is a simple product - a well-made aluminum handrail with sturdy brackets. Installation was easy even there were no directions whatsoever. It's not hard to figure out what has to be done, and the final result is excellent.

these are very nice handrails but the screws that came with them were for wood. I needed to mount to cement wall and bought 3/16 tapcon cement screws. But the holes in the brackets were too small! I had to enlarge the holes in order to make it work. Other than that change, it was easy to put together, The cover caps fir the brackets only work if the screws don’t stick out a lot. Once all mounted, was happy with the results. Will see how well they hold up.

Came in a nice solid tube and a huge Amazon box. All fine.Tube is scratched in many areas and missing screws that were supposed to be includedDon’t waste your money on this.

My mom is getting up there in age and she needed a sturdy railing to get down the stairs she loves it and easy to assemble on to the wall maybe took us 15 min. We are very happy with the purchase and it’s almost been half a year and it is still sturdy and great purchase plus great bang for ur buck

I was looking for a sturdy handrail for our hallway so my wife recovering from a stroke could practice standing and walking at home as instructed by her PT folks. We needed a small circular bar as she has trouble holding something large like a wood rail usually mounted in stairways. With already having to do major repairs in our home already, this product seemed more affordable than other handrails more costly. As noted by others, no instructions were provided and I would have never looked for a video online had it not been for comments from others. A set of simple instructions for those not web savvy would have been good even if it pointed to the online video. Also I was only provided 8 wood screws for connecting to the wall studs and it says it should’ve included 16 in total to use 4 screws for each mounting bracket into the stud which seems necessary for holding the weight into the wall. That seems easily rectified by a visit to the local hardware store. This far, the quality seems really good and will hold up but only time will tell.
