I have not installed it yet. The hand rail arrived well packaged and the individual posts were separated in the box by a sheet of foam. No scratches or dents. The instructions are just a diagram. It only comes with bolts for installation on concrete. Although I’d not seen this type before. I will buy some heavy duty wood screws because I am installing this handrail on wooden front porch steps. There are Allen wrenches in the package that aren’t needed but ok. Otherwise the handrail seems heavy and sturdy enough for the intended purpose and I’m sure it will be fine. O do think they should include with these rails hardware to install on either concrete or wood.

Wrench sent is 12 mm /14mm combo. Railing needs13mm, foot bolts are however14mm. Two allen wrenches were sent and not needed for anything. Powder coat is not very tough and hand rail is a little sharp on the edges. Bolts should have come with white caps to just finish off.

The handrails came as advertised with all the hardware to assemble and the hardware to mount it into concrete brick or in my case ceramic tile over concrete. Very easy to the assemble and install. Handrails are extremely sturdy.

This is outstanding. It took me a couple of hours to put 2 up by myself. They are very sturdy. My daughter in-law is pregnant and I got these to make her steps safer for her. You definitely can't go wrong with these and I highly recommend them.

I needed something that would fit on some non standard wooden steps. these are adjustable so they were able to fit perfectly and it feels very sturdy

Very well-made! Came with everything needed to install it. I ordered a second rail for my wife’s comfort and safety. Once installed, it is solid as a rock and looks great!
