Very well made. I appreciate that there are spare parts in the hardware bags. Drill bits for concrete and wood, and decent quality wrench and impact driveer bit are ncluded.

Like most of us in the grand ole USofA, insurance companies are looking for any reason to cancel or non-renew their policies. After 32 years of living in the same house, with the same insurance company, and the same coverage, I was informed that I had to put a handrail on my front steps (along with tuckpointing the house) or my insurance company (State Farm) would not renew my policy.Both of these projects were already on my list of things to do, with tuckpointing being in the budget for 2024 and a completely new front porch planned for 2025.The porch project will use the existing granite steps so I didn't want to damage them in any way for a temporary handrail to satisfy State Farm. Luckily, this kit is exactly what I was looking for and was long enough to extend over the steps to the concrete pads.The quality of the materials is top-notch. The welds are nice, everything fits together perfectly, and the installation kit it comes with has to be one of the most complete kits I've ever received with any product I've purchased. It comes with anchors for wood and concrete along with nice drill bits for both, Allen wrenches, and even extra set screws.I'm so impressed that I'm ordering at least one more for my back steps and possibly a third for the steps from my driveway to my sidewalk.

Not only do you received a top-quality stainless-steel railing and posts, but you also receive wood screws for decking, concrete anchors, concrete drill, wrench for bolts, hex wrenches for set screws. I simply went to a tool's rental for a hammer drill and the bit that came with the kit fit perfectly. I had the holes drilled in minutes, and the railing up fast. Really thoughtful packaging!

OMG!!! I cant believe 2 things #1 the overall quality is top notch far exceeding expectations 10x over. #2 they send you everything!!!! Everything like the correct drill bits for Wood oh and if you are doing into Masonry step they send the anchors and the Mason Bit. To top it off the Socket driver for your drill and all the alen keys. If i could give 10 stars i would . Thanks so much for the great product and everything necessary for install. By far the easiest install of anything i have purchased

I ordered 2 rails. A 3 step and a 4 step. The were deliver on 11 Aug 24, installed 1 Sept 24. The 3 step is made from quality stainless steel. The 4 step is not stainless steel and amounts to junk.I alerted Amazon, they would not do anything for me, told me to contact manufacture. Manufacture, as best as I could understand said they would contact me and make it good. It has been 2 weeks, no contact from customer service and the rail continues to rust when it is just 90 days old. The site does not mention anything about warranty, but the write up praises the quality and longevity of the their product. I feel that Amazon has written me off and will not hold the manufacture to task. Yes I can and will replace the rail, but can only hope drilled deck holes line up. If I could give minus stars I would start at a minus 10.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WARRANTY, JUST MARKETING AN INFERIOR PRODUCT AND STICKING YOU IN THE POCKET BOOK.A dissatisfied Prime Customer. .Edit.Working with the manufacturer to correct problem. He said process has been changed and a better product was made. Supplied a replacement unit. It is winter,cold and snow around pool. When it warms up, I will replace rusting unit and post a new review after a month or so. Manufacturer is working hard to make it right, which is appreciated. Just took a hammer to get their attention. Hope all turns out ok. More to come.

The handrail and the rest of the hardware is about what I expected but I had to buy all new concrete anchors becasue the ones included were junk. Including decent anchors would have made for a much better product. I had to spend more moeny than anticipated and a lot of headaches with the included anchors getting stuck in the concrete hole but not able to be tightened or removed redndering the mountin point useless.

Arrived on time, packaging was well thought out and protected the steel. Impressed with the inclusion of all tools needed to install, concrete drill bit, wrench and most important extra screws and bolts, excellent quality of materials and install parts. Suggestion: recommend you remove the small pipe set screws BEFORE installation because they are so small. The package (thankfully) provides extra pipe set screws because when you drop one you may never find it again. ))
