Switch was missing half of the contacts!! It’s supposed to be a 2-position switch but only one of the mechanisms was present. It’s also very large and bulky for what it is and the switch knob comes off easily at least before it’s installed. I didn’t get far enough to install it since parts were missing.

3 position lighted rotary switch. 22 mm - 7/8 inch mounting, green lighted latching switch. The switch has 2 NO and 2 NC latching contacts. The switch is maintained DPDT, rated at 10 amps up to 600 Volts AC. The green LED is powered from 24 Volts DC. The switch has a pretty decent look to it and a good finish look although up close it doesn't look as good as some of the well known equivalent products in this space, although this has a much lower price point. I like the LED built into this switch, it would potentially reduce the device count in the panel front. Easy to install and seems to function as expected.

I've used a handful of these buttons (including some of the known-brands) and these are some of the most solid, well made ones I've found.Screw terminals are well-insulated as part of the design. Some of the lesser models require a cover or ring to make them safe - these have safety built in.The handle is solidly molded, and the indicator stripe isn't just paint, it's part of the casting. The chrome ring is actual metal, and the attachment method - set screws against the back of the panel provides easy, secure mounting without having to mess with lock nuts.

This switch was not advertised as having a removable knob but it does. This will be annoying because when the switch is in the off position, the knob can be removed by turning it just a little bit more. It's also loose in place. Unless you are OK with that I would not recommend it. Even though electrically it is probably OK it doesn't match what was advertised.

I got this for a machine I am building. It lights up when on and works. No problem here.

This switch has to be mounted properly to experience its action, my photos were taken pre-mounting. But once it is mounted and connected properly, the throw action is very satisfying. Good positive toggling between both positions, with a nice "chunk" feel. And it's a pretty good looking switch as well.Note that this switch is designed to be under-mounted, and on a panel that is no more than about 5 mm thick. If you're mounting in wood, you might have to trim the thickness accordingly, in addition to drilling a screw of the proper side. I would like for it to have had an option for it to be top-mounted for greater durability while mounted - would have been 5 stars if it offered this option. Are there better switches out there? Of course, but for the price point, it's an excellent balance of tactile feel, looks and load switching (it's rated for 12v @ 10A!). I'm definitely going to order a few more, including the illuminated version.

I got several switches from this company now and they all have been great looking and functioning switches. I however cannot vouch for their long term performance. These switches appear to have good quality control and in some aspects are better than I have used from name brands.I am however sticking to personal use till they prove their long term reliability. For now though, they are good products at a good price.

The "10Amp 3 Position Rotary Switch with Red Light 22mm 7/8in Mounting Hole Selector Switch Maintained DPDT 2NO 2NC Latching Switch 600V AC" I received didn't quite meet my expectations. This switch has a very lose button sleve that easily falls off unless properely mounted. The sleve is made of what feels like cheap plastic with a chrome coating. Just a snug fit would have satisfied my expectations. The button action in the middle position feels a tad lose as well- not snug as one would expect put of an industrial type switch.I wouldn't pass more than a 3A load on the contacts. The illumination needs to be supplied with 24vdc, not AC.There is up to nearely a 1/4 inch gap for mounting the switch that can be tightened by two offset screws. These switches have the best application for mounting on metal plates imho.I use switches like these to energize larger AC load relays with 24vdc coils. I'm on the fence because although it works, I'm uncertain it will hold up under constant use. It is just my uncertainty, not necessarily fact.
