I purchased this camera July 2024it did work for 2 months with little glitches. During the night it wouldrecord beautifully, but seeing the recorded video was sketchy. Then it would disconnect from the internetAnd I couldn't reconnect the camera.I did follow instructions from the manufacturer. It won't connect, you can't speak to a human only emails.Now its just sitting on a counter doing nada.

I’ve had a few different camera doorbells and most of them have issues staying connected, well not this one. I don’t have to worry about missing anything. It was super easy to set up and I love how long the batty last. It would be nice if it came with a solar panel but for the price I’m not complaining. Greet doorbell with a great clear picture.

Overall a very good quality security camera for the price super clear HD video quality now the cons of this product the battery drains very fast i only had the product a week and already I have to charge it by the way once you're device reaches 10% battery life remaining it stops working until you charge it backup for ten hours
