I am so enthused with this 100 cup urn! It is awesome. We made tons of great tea in it for our lunch event and it worked like a charm! It's solid and very well insulated. The outside doesn't get dangerously hot when you heat it up so that's a great safety feature. We were able to serve tea to well over 40 people and still have some left to refrigerate. It works so good. We plan on using it for coffee in the office and that's going to work out great.Overall, this is a great urn with great safety features incorporated into it. The brand is awesome because this is genuinely a quality product. I wish that we would have had one if these a long time ago! It would have been perfect for holiday gatherings. We will defintely be using it moving forward. It does a great job keeping liquids heated which is an A+ ecspecially during the winter time. This is a great product for such a great price and it benefits so many people. This is a must have for family functions and events.

I got this to serve our large staff as well as for special events. It is easy to assemble as all you need to do i attach the reservoir to collect drips. Unfortunately, it was bumped while it was empty and the bottom piece broke off easily. Otherwise it works just fine. I recommend.

This is not an item most people would use everyday. It is a fantastic appliance to have on special occasions. This is great for family reunions, community events, benefits, etc. it would also be great for food trucks or small mom and pop restaurants. I appreciate the measurements on the inside of the pot so you can make the exact amount you want. Another great feature is the digital thermometer on the outside that tells you the temperature of the coffee. It is stainless steel so will be easy to clean. Has a one cup spigot or continuous. Also has the drip tray. You could not ask for a better coffee maker.

So, honestly I'm new to this type of product, and because there are no obvious flaws, and because it functions well as intended, I'm going with the best rating. The price even seems reasonable when you consider how much most coffee situations cost these days. I got this to be able to serve coffee for community outreach events where we don't have to spend quite so much time brewing small batches, or not having any at all for any variety of reasons. This is going to come in handy so many times between board meetings, and various community events. I imagine there are loads of other situations this would be beneficial for, definitely worth it because it really does seem like good quality and durable
