Available in 40 cup, 60 cup, and 100 cup sizes, Proctor Silex Commercial coffee urns have a durable brushed aluminum finish and are commercially rated and NSF listed. Inside, a dual heater system is designed to create consistent brews. First the center heater brews coffee and shuts off, and then a gentle warming heater prevents overcooking. The boil-dry protection feature automatically turns the unit off when water in the tank has completely boiled away. Convenient one-hand dispensing fills cups fast, speeding up coffee service lines and the water/coffee window shows when the coffee level is low. The coffee level tube is easy to remove for cleaning, and the metal cover holds the coffee tube in place for easy viewing. The Urn includes a plastic filter basket, eliminating the need for paper coffee filters. The Urn features a twist-and-lock lid minimizing the chance for spillage, and the heavy-duty plastic handles provide convenient portability. Purchased at the beginning of January 2024, this coffee urn was used consistently 5 days a week until the 3rd week of July. The spigot broke off and does not seem repairable. Attempted to find a way to contact seller/manufacturer but was unable to. Unable to purchase a new one as they are temporarily out of stock and we need a new one ASAP.

They added a push bar for your coffee cup and I find it difficult to use and usually spill as it knocks against my cup. Others have tried and were confused by it too as they thought the push handle was to go in cup before pouring. of course this makes for a mess everytime. They have it label but people don't read and more times than not I have amess. Bad design choice.

This replaces the exact same model purchased three years earlier. It's used every weekday in my business manufacturing plant. The spout needed to be replaced at about two years into its life; otherwise, it operated consistently. A particularly nice feature is that coffee did not taste burnt, even after 5-6 hours.

The pot works great. Met all expectations except thinking we would drink that much coffee in a 24-hour period despite being heavy coffee consumers. Will definitely use it for parties!

We used this coffee maker for 4 months and it broke. It was used once a day during a regular work week and it stop brewing from one day to the next. We may have bought a defective one, but it shouldn't last only 4 months, especially for the price we paid.
