This product is made of 304 stainless steel, which it's quite resistant to corrosion, withstands higher temperatures, can be washed many times with many cleansers with affecting its appearance. This coffee urn would make your life much easier when serving coffee at meetings or any type of gathering activities. Relatively light and 1300 watts of heating power. Wish it came with some sort of dripping tray. Other than that, I'm very happy with this product! Can't wait to try it in my next venture!

This urn seems to be well built and will hold a lot. Because it’s trying to heat gallons of water plan enough time for it to be ready. Once it’s brewed it works flawlessly.

This coffee urn is a lifesaver for big gatherings. It heats up quickly and keeps coffee hot for hours without burning it. The double-wall insulation works well, and the spigot dispenses smoothly without dripping. Cleanup is easy, and it’s sturdy enough for regular use at events. Perfect for churches, offices, or any large group setting!

This enormous urn can be very handy for large gatherings. It's slow; it took almost an hour and a half to fully heat an urn full of room temp water. The spigot works well with no drips and the side handles are solid but too thin to lift the full urn. I found it very difficult to see the water level on the indicator glass. The metal is quite thin and will dent if bashed. My biggest concern is that the plug and cord got very warm while the unit was on. It claims to be 'safety tested' but is not Underwriters Labs certified. I would not leave this appliance unattended while in operation.

This is a good looking and fine performing big coffee maker. If you need a ton of coffee this should work for you.

After years of renting coffee urns for large parties I’m thrilled to have one of my own. For everything from weddings and holiday parties to big family gatherings, this urn will supply all the coffee we need. It’s not a complicated thing, decide how many cups you are making, add your water, and the coffee to the stainless steel screen, and perk! The urn is nicely made, it’s easy to see how much coffee is left, and the carry handles help to move it. It can also be used for hot chocolate for outdoor winter events. I did notice it says a cup is 5 ounces, if that is accurate, a standard coffee cup is twice that size, so more likely to get about 75 10oz cups. We will be using this for a shower in a couple months, this is a nice looking pot it will look sharp on the buffet table.
