My wood floor has some bad worn spots. 2 coats of this and the floor brightened up. Room looks fresher.I applied it with a dry swiffer pad, so I could throw pad away after the use.Recommended.

This polish has given New Life to my Brazilian teak floors. It is easy to apply covers well and dries and hardens fairly quickly. It provides great scratch protection from my dog's nails. I do have to reapply on a fairly regular basis, maybe every couple months depending on how much traffic.

Highly recommend this product. I tore up an old carpet and discovered pretty beaten up hardwood floor underneath. It was so rough I couldn’t run a swiffer over it. Bought this product and it was really easy to apply. Pour some onto the wood in an “S” shape, spread with a painters laid, leave for 24hrs and voila! Beautiful re-finished look. Now my floors are smooth and clean looking.

Ill have to upload a photo sometime of the before and after of our 10 year old hardwood floors. This restorer is unreal to make your floors look next to new.Our family is hard on the floors and our son well, he drops everything which this won't help. But the day-2-day wear and tear dulls the floors and this stuff is...magic!I do recommend that you clean it with a power cleaner PRIOR to using this and the results will be awesome!

This product absolutely amazing! I used to suffer with my dull floors trying polishes until I tried this. It really works! I'm going to buy another one to keep and recommend to my family and friends. Love it

I wish I would’ve taken a before picture so you could see the difference, but it’s exacrl what I needed for our house. The realtor suggested buffing the floor, but we didn’t want even a fine dust kicked up doing that. Then we saw a YouTube video demoing this product and thought we’d give it a try. GET THE LOW GLOSS! I can’t imagine what the high gloss looks like, but this gives you a lovely shine to the floors. I bought three more bottles to do the full house with along with the applicator pads (they do make a difference!). I would highly recommend this product.Things to note:- I applied this at night since it needs to sit untouched for a couple of hours before walking on it.- We have pets, so we fenced off the sections of the house and also ran our HEPA filter to help minimize the smell. It was gone by morning.- Make sure you have good lighting to see where you’ve applied it. I didn’t and missed a couple of small patches. Total user error.- I tried to find the LOW gloss at local hardware shops and only found the high gloss. Amazon was the best place to find it with fast shipping.

I live in a nearly hundred year old home, where the floors have been carpeted over and scratched excessively. Despite frequent sweeping and cleaning, they were always very dull and the finish looked as if it was chipping away. I did this in two coats with a 2-hour drying time between. It is easy to apply an even coat, especially by hand. It is tacky for about the first hour and you can lightly walk on your hardwood by the end of the second. However, it does take 24 hours, per Minwax, to harden completely.After the window of 24 hours, my boxer walked- and jumped- on the hardwood and there isn't and indents or scratching. It makes the floors feel much smoother, and while they do have a new coat of poly from the reviver, they don't seem too slippery or like they have build-up.It is crucial to thoroughly sweep and wash your hardwood prior to, otherwise you risk cementing a bunch of dust on your floors, which is pretty gross. This is a permanent solution that isn't removable, but can be reapplied every 3-6 months, so you have a nice window of protection.All in all, it is a efficient, affordable product that is a nice alternative to refinishing your floors.

I have an old floor that really needed a proper refinishing. The original wood floor never looked great. I think that when the carpet was removed, the owners just had an amateur put down a thin poly layer down. Anyway, from day one it looked worse for wear. I really didn't want to sand and refinish so I wanted an easier solution. This works like a charm. First off, I was going to go with the low gloss, but I'm so glad I didn't. Other reviewers recommended using the light wood Old English scratch cover first and that's exactly what I did. I did a great job but, I have a couple of complaints: one, where the floor had really been worn down, the wood darkened a bit more. It is noticeable, but lightens up some with time 2) This finish is coming up under a rolling desk chair, so remember to be nice to it. The bottle recommends reusing every 6 months. That may be overkill, but it's not a permanent fix. Overall, pretty great product.

I had a 100 year old historic neighborhood home I was listing for sale, and it had original oak hardwood floors that had not been refinished in over 20 years. They were in good physical shape, but VERY dry and dull. I did not want to incur the high cost of professional floor refinishing, so decided to give this stuff a try. IT WORKED MIRACLES! It was easy to apply (I used a Walmart sponge mop with a new sponge head) and the floors were transformed into a thing of beauty! My realtor was amazed at the difference (I wish I had taken before and after photos to show) and everyone who looked at the house commented on the beautiful warm oak floors. I am very happy to report that my house sold in ONE DAY, and I really believe this product was a major factor in the quick sale. I am sure this product will not be a LONG term solution, but for a short term 'fix' it is fantastic. After applying, the floors had a wonderful low gloss sheen that looked like hand waxed surface. My floors had lots of small scratches, and while it didn't totally hide them, they were much less noticable. I specifically wanted the LOW GLOSS formula, and could only find the high gloss version at my local Lowes and Home Depot, so ordered 4 bottles from Amazon. It arrived quickly and safely. I ordered 4 bottles, because I wanted to be sure I had enough and thought since my floors were so old and dry that it would really 'soak' up the product. I only needed two bottles for a 1600 square foot home that had wood floors throughout except for the kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. It seemed to go a long way, but I was careful to apply a THIN coat like the instructions said. I will be returning the other two bottles to Amazon. Overall, I give this product 5 plus stars, and highly recommend it!!!
