Your cart is empty.The Flex-Hone tool is a surface refinishing tool that will is used to refinish and restore cylinder bores. The surface finish is dependant on the grit used. The tool is used for applications like engine rebuilding, hydraulic cylinders, brake rebuilding and general machining operations. Flex-Hone Tool can be used with honing oil or engine oil. If honing hydraulic cylinders use the intended hydraulic fluid for the lubricant.

Flexhone allows cleaning/de-burring the inside of the seat tube on a bicycle frame, so seatposts don't get scratched when inserted. I've used them for years when prepping new steel and aluminum bike frames.Many other uses as well.

I use this to polish bicycle seat tubes. Works perfectly for common sizes like 26.8 & 27.2mm. I’ll get one for 22.2mm steerer tubes also.

Used on a rusted out steel frame bike, 27.2 seatpost, and this thing polished it out perfectly, now a seatpost slides in no problem.

The 1 1/8 inch flex hone works well on 27.2 bicycle seat tubes! Use it to clean out the tube on a new frame before inserting the seatpost into the tube.
