Works well. I have a 454 Alaskan with tight cylinder chambers. No scrubbing with a bore brush would help. A few passes with this cleaned everything up. Make sure you use oil. If I were to do it again I'd get both grits.

I have two of these. One in 357 and one in 44. I had been shooting 44 Specials in a 44 Mag revolver and 38 specials in a 357 Mag revolver. After a period of while, a crust will build up in the chamber just in front of the shorter cartridge. This crust is very difficult to remove with normal cleaning methods. These clean out this crust slick as a whistle. Not to mention polishing the chamber to facilitate smooth ejection of fired rounds. A must have item for Cowboy Action shooting.

I used the on a Ruger Vacauro 45 Long Colt, now the empty rounds drop out without using the ejector.

Honed out the cylinder on my 357. Make sure you use honing oil.

I used this hone to clean up a rough finished chamber that was causing issues when dirty. I tried fixing the problem with just polishing but it was not enough. Since using the home and then polishing the chamber I’ve had zero issues.

It cleaned and smooth the revolver cylinders really nice.

I had a TC Contender that had issues with cases sticking in the chamber after firing. I had tried a brass wire brush and numerous solvents and patches thinking it was dirty. No luck. I read about these on a forum and figured I'd give it a try. And let me tell you this little number fixed that problem right up. If I ever have issues again I know exactly what I'll be doing!
