I've used this professionally for about 2 months and this is a nice tool to have. Some shops that you work at have the brake bleed machines and in that case, you wouldn't need this tool. But if you ever go to a shop that doesn't have the machine, this is the next best thing. Keeps brake fluid from going all over the place and it funnels right into the waste bottle. You can hang the bottle with the chain and hook that comes with it. The suction "turkey baster" is good for removing fluid from the brake fluid reservoir and refilling it with clean fluid. Like this tool. Does the job well.

Good for price , try to keep things clean from the brake fluid . No matter what u use there is always a little brake fluid that goes where u don’t want it to …keep in hand something to clean

Captured most of the fluid. Be prepared to have a rag with you still to wipe the mess off of the bottle
Doesn’t fit stay away.

It’s okay and does the job but not worth the money

This handy tool helps to make bleeding brakes easier when you do not have an extra pair of hands, perfect and simple.

This brake bleeder kit works pretty well for the traditional method of bleeding brakes which means it's a 2 person job - not a one person job as the product description states (I wouldn't know how you could with this kit). The bottle is easy to hang/secure to the vehicle with the attached chain and hook. The plastic tube has a pretty sturdy rubber grommet to fit over the bleeder valve. The fluid extractor is basically a turkey baster and allows you to suck out as much old brake fluid from the master cylinder before filling it with fresh fluid. The kit does not come with instructions so please refer to a mechanic if you've never done this.

Works perfectly fine for the home mechanic. Obviously there are better systems out there albeit they also come with a much higher price tag. This will do though so I'm ok with it.

I made my own bottle in the past for brake fluid flushing (a Gatorade bottle seems to be the best), and thought I would try / receive this:Pro's1. The tubing is more flexible than a Home Depot clear vinyl tubing which is convenient2. And the tube is attached / inserted firmly into the bottle - no need to zip tie as I have done in the past3. In addition, it already comes with a tip which fits most of bleeder valve4. And given its bottle size, the chain is a good (magnetic ones may be more expensive)Con's / Improvement ideas1. I typically drill a small vent hole on the top / cap when I make my own bottle and expected this to have a vent hole but did not2. Not critical but would be nice to have qt or ml indicators / lines - so you know how much you are extracting (for a certain car, I know the capacity each line which helps me to use only 1 liter instead of 2 liters by "eye-balling")Considering the price (although I received it for free via Vine), it seems to be a good value compared to more expensive brand-name ones.
