I like that it can pull a vacuum and push air into a system blowing the collar but the accessories are good in a pinch but I'd replace them quickly.

This vacuum brake bleeder makes the job quick and easy. I've bled the brakes a 2015 Lexus 450 and a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 (8 wheels total). When squeezing the handles, the vacuum builds quickly and draws out the old brake fluid no problem. Once you open the bleeder screw, the vacuum drops off quickly as it draws out the brake fluid. You can keep pumping while the bleeder screw is open OR you can close the bleeder screw, pump it up and reopen. As others have noted, the little plastic brake catch jar easily tips over, so if you find a way to hold it or stabilize it that would help. Would also have been good if the jar was larger as I had to pour out the old brake fluid after each 2 wheels had been bled - but not a big deal. You simply unscrew the lid, poor out the old brake fluid into an empty brake fluid bottle or soda bottle, re-attach the lid. It comes with an extra lid and an extra lid rubber gasket. Overall, easy to use and if you have no one to help you bleed your brakes, then this is the way to go.

Purchased to bleed hydraulic clutch. The good:it produces up to 15psi of vacuum based on the supplied gauge. The bad,1: It was improperly packaged, so the long hoses were permantly crushed. They you can get vacuum past the kink but it won't pull much volume. Since it was mid project when I ordered this, I cute the damaged portion out and ran it short. When time permitted, I bought new hose.2: Directions are incorrect: it says to pull the collar towards the handle to create vacuum, but that is backwards. The collar needs to be placed in the AWAY from the handle position to create vacuum.3: there is no lock on the collar. so you are pumping away, trying to pull the old fluding and from your system, and bump that collar and suddenly it is in the positive pressure position and you are pumping that crap into your Brakes(or clutch cylinder). Since I bought it for vacuum, I put zipties behind the collar so it can't slip into the positive pressure position... again.4.The adapter/fittings are very flimsy and it's hard to maintain vacuum. Bought new ones on amazon and they are much better.5. (minor issue) spelling errors in manual.6. (minor issue) for me, 15psi was weak but okay. butI two starred it because it gets the job done, but with that thing flipping to positive presssure so easy, you could wreck equipment by pushing contaminants back into it very easily.Would not recommend it but... if you understand what I am saying and are okay with getting some minor upgrades it's a cheap solution. The hose-thing could just be this one that I got. Then again they could all be packed that way.
