This is a one way bottle for bleeding lines. Works great for pumping the lines free of bubbles without worrying about fidgeting the container youre using or fighting not having fluid splash anywhere.This bottle is a one way only, filling the container, setup; so as you pump the container will fill but does not have a line into the fluid to make sure [as the pedal returns] does not pull air back into the line. This is not adequate for a solo job but will help immensly with clean up and conatinment as you work through your line system.

This makes it possible for one person to bleed brakes on a car or truck, but it's really just a brake fluid catcher not a proper bleeder bottle that has a tube going all the way to the bottom of the bottle to prevent any air being sucked back when the pedal is released. I used it when installing new brake calipers on a Chev Silverado pickup and it worked fine for me as I was able to let it dangle full length so even when I released the pedal gravity kept enough fluid in the tube to prevent air from being sucked back into the caliper. It's OK for the price and easier to use than a loose open jar with tubing, especially if you need to find and buy the right sized tubing to fit the bleeder nuts.

Very simple, but very useful. And at this price, it's definitely not worth the hassle to "build" one out of a soda bottle. The fitting worked great on F150.

There's no hose inside the bottle to the bottom. This is needed when bleeding alone to keep from sucking air into the brake lines when releasing the pedal.

HZAUTOS 1L Brake Bleeder Bottle, Automotive Fluid Pressure Bleeder with Rubber Connector & 24in Tube, Perfect for Cars, Motorcycles, and ATVs, Works with All Brake SystemsI like the 1 liter size of the bleeder bottle and the idea of the chain attachment, but this product from HZAUTOS did not work for my application. The rubber connector was not able to be attached and still allow for a wrench to open and close the bleeder valve as needed. Also the fact that the hose was a milky white color was problematic for checking for bubbles in the line. In addition I encountered some problems because the bottle did not have the hose going to the bottom and didn’t have an outlet hole to allow for air to escape… ultimately these things presented issues when I tried to bleed the brakes on my Jeep. Anyway, the HZAUTOS brake bleeder bottle design needs many improvements for it to be a super useful product.
