The pennies were off. I tried to weigh $2.50 and the scale said $2.62. I tried different amounts and the pennies were always off. The nickles, dimes and quarters were correct

accurate every time!. bought it because I was tired of counting $10 worth of quarters for the staff laundry machine. Now its fun !!! and I get the staff to do it themselves.

I bought this scale few weeks ago, but it started giving false readings all the time after few weeks of very light usage (just twice a day), moreover the batteries cover broke after the first time it was removed to replace the batteries.

The most important thing is to read the instruction to avoid having problems. Once is set up it works great with $50 and up to $100 in quarters.Super fast shippingI am happy with the ZZap MS10 Coin Counting ScaleIt does exactly what I wanted to do.

We deal with a lot of quarters and this has helped us tremendously. I no longer have to count quarters. I can just weigh them!! Its a little pricey but worth it because of all the time it saves.

Works perfectly for quarters, nickels and dimes, but it consistently displays pennies as $.02 more than the actual amount in the dish. Fortunately, it is seemingly always consistent about this $.02 discrepancy, so I know to just subtract .02 from the displayed total. Also, the power cord that accompanies the product does not fit in standard U.S. electrical outlets, but fortunately AA batteries work fine.Bottom line: As a restaurant manager, I have to count loose coins multiple times a day, and this machine has already paid for itself in terms of time I’ve saved.

I am pretty happy with the ZZap MS10 Coin Counting Scale, altho my accountant wishes it were more accurate. I haven't noticed it more than a coin or two off, however. My problem is with the quarter counting. It doesn't work. The .25 always reads no SEL (actually it reads 'no and a cross between SEL and SEE'). I tried programing the quarters like I would poker chips but that didn't work either. Pretty sad but at least it wasn't the pennies, quarters are much easier to count my hand :)

it doesn't have a 25 cent denomination it goes from 20 to 50 and is frustrating to useEdit : okay so it does except quarter it comes preprogrammed to British poundsTook me ages and a friend to figure that one out instructions are not clear in the least although it is pretty accurate would not trust it to weigh something surper important you get what you pay for I'm going to keep it because I cannot afford a nice scale but if you can suck it up and buy a really nice one
