This is better than the "plunger style" where you can't tell how many coins you have. This one opens to give easy access to all the coins, and it holds the four US coin denominations in easy to count multiples; for example 4 quarters ($1), 5 dimes (1/2 $1). I'll use this for our club treasury where we sometimes have to reimburse members for small purchases on behalf of the club.

This coin holder holds a total of 90 coins that equal $8.75. The plastic is heavy duty and the snapping mechanism holds securely. I don't have tolls in my area, but this is great for coins in the drive thru.

I mean this is a coin holder. Each holder can hold half a roll of coins. So if you want to fill them up just get one roll of each. The only issue I ran into is the dime slot tends to be a bit loose so if you only have one dime in it, it can get out and move around but it doesn't come out of the case so it is a minor issue. They are not really great for pockets, maybe a purse but not a pocket as they are quite bulky for that.

I needed a coin sorter that will hold my change in between rolling it. I wanted something so that I can sort it as I go so it's not so time consuming all at once. These worked out perfect. They fit the coins exactly as they should and snap together and stay closed. They'd also be perfect for a vehicle if you want to keep change organized in there. Definitely worth ordering!

I didn’t realize how much loose change I had lying around my vehicle and my office. These are a great fit in my glovebox - not too big. They open really easily but they don’t open on their own, they function just right.I like that they are clear grey and not solid so I can see the coins in it, but they don’t show crumbs and grit. That makes it quick and easy to determine what I’ve got before hauling it into a quickly mart or going through the toll booth.Oh and the coin slots are organized in groups. Four quarter sets, five dime sets, five nickel sets and five penny sets. That makes it so easy to know exactly how much money is in the kit.

I have several products for storing coins, and this is one of my favorites. The clear design allows you to easily see the contents, and the plastic material is thick and durable. These units are very sturdy and, once closed, are convenient to carry in your pocket or purse, as well as easy to stack for storage. They accommodate multiple coin denominations, which is especially helpful when sorting a large collection. With just one of these in front of you, you can efficiently sort and grade coins with ease. Overall, this is a fantastic product that would also make a great gift for anyone passionate about coin collecting.

Most coin holders like this are missing something that would make them perfect, but these have it all:The holders are of a pretty rugged material, not any flimsy plastic. The holders are organized well, making it easy to grab the coins you need, and make it easy to spot quickly how much money you have in the holder. The holders also give you a size that is easily stored in many small places and are not bulky at all.And the price? For the quality, they are perfectly priced at $8 for two. These are the best value for the money you will be able to find.Expert tip: They're great to keep some junk silver and wheat cents organized. ;-)

I got this as an alternative to the cup style coin holder in my car. Although I initially got the cup style due to it's large coin count that is good for my frequent drive-thru visits, the restricted viewing of coins remaining and the sticky removal slot was becoming a problem. Taking up a cup holder spot was also occasionally a problem. This holder seemed a good solution to those problems and for the car it works well. Although the number of coins is a bit limited, exactly what I have left is easy to see and I can grab the coins more easily. Although sometimes I have to grab the mini-stack in each slot, count out a few, and put the rest back. The cup style lets you count them out individually but sometimes getting just the single coin out of the slot can be a struggle if it catches. And the compact size of this fits well in one of the other storage cubbies in my car so now I have the second cup holder available again when needed. But the listing also suggests this would be suitable for pocket or purse, and it's a definite NO for that purpose. I have a small pocket holder that is comfortable and convenient to dispense, but only holds 4 of each coin so runs out quickly. I thought this might replace that holder also. But the design is too angular for pocket carry. This was obviously designed to sit on a flat surface so the outer sides have the sharpish plastic edges extend down to that surface for stability and support. But you definitely feel those edges inside your pocket. And I suspect they would cause premature wear on the material if you did carry there for an extended period. The same would likely be true in a purse. Scratching your hand as you reach for other items inside and wearing out the purse lining.Another problem for portable carry is the latch for the lid. Sitting flat in the car and only pulled out when needed, the lid popping open with just a gentle push on the front works great. But way too easy to come undone when being carried at unpredictable angles in a pocket or purse. It might not immediately open inside a pocket, but it's likely to be unlatched and spilling coins as you pull it out of your pocket. And in a purse with other items likely pushing on the front side release, it's almost guaranteed to come open and have you fishing in the bottom of the purse for loose coins.Depending on your use scenario, this could work very well or very poorly. Sitting flat and undisturbed until needed, then easy to see and remove coins: it should work well. Constantly carried and being jostled about: probably gonna spill.
