Installation Instruction:
- 1. Install a 9V battery to our safe lock;
- 2. Enter initial code #1-2-3-4 and green light will turn on, after unlocking, solenoid lock will automatically lock in 3 to 5 seconds;
- 3. Turn the handle before the green light turns off;
- 4. To lock the safe, close the door and turn the handle back to the locked position;
- 5. If your code is wrong, the red light will on for about 5 seconds

Installation was relatively easy and fit with no modifications necessary. It works well so far but needs to pass the test of time. The old one was replaced because the battery (Duracell) lasted only 5-6 weeks before requiring replacement. This unit is advertised as one year battery life. If that proves to be correct, it will have earned my 5 star rating. One thing to note is that in the enclosed instructions to turn off the sound, press *663. That is incorrect. It should be *633, as stated in the safe user guide.
