Overall, the Zosiamera system is decent, but there are a few things I wish I had considered before purchasing. One major drawback is the adjustability of the cameras. Once mounted, they are not easily repositioned, and adjusting the viewing angle requires loosening a screw, which is difficult to do. This makes fine-tuning the placement more frustrating than it should be.On the positive side, the setup is straightforward, and the cameras come well-packaged. They pair automatically, which is a big plus. However, I encountered some challenges when setting up remote access to review footage from my phone, which took more effort than expected. If you’re looking for a simple plug-and-play system, this might work for you, but if adjustability and seamless remote access are priorities, you may want to explore other options.

Would of gave a 5 star rating cause the system is great but have questions and customer service has been impossible to get ahold of and still no call back

This is the third Zosi security camera system I purchased. This last one was purchased to replace the NVR/hard drive that failed. After checking with Amazon, I was informed that this system is compatible with my older cameras. I called Zosi customer service to attempt to receive assistance in getting the wifi cameras to connect. Called, emailed, and chatted online trying to rectify the connection problem, and didn't get called until end of second day. Explained how I was able to get the one of the old cameras that wasn't attached to my roofline to work by attaching a network cable between the NVR and camera to configure the camera, and it now works via WiFi as it should. So I explain this numerous times via phone, emails, and chats. Sent photos and model numbers multiple times because no one at Zosi knows what the others are doing. Was finally told that a supervisor would call today.Get a call today from Zosi Customer Service , not a supervisor as promised, and she hasn't even reviewed what the problem is or what steps I have already done to connect the cameras. Doesn't have the pictures or information I have been sending for three days. Speaks over me as she reads from the screen. This is obviously an overseas operation and asks me to provide the same info and perform the same troubleshooting tasks I had just performed and provided. I asked if she is an IT supervisor as I was told would be calling. No, just a customer service rep. I once again asked for someone in IT who has a clue. She says one will call me back on Monday. Too late. I wasted to much time (over 8 hours) attempting to get their junk to work.Their only option is to uninstall all my cameras along my roofline, bring them in and manually reconfigure the remaining seven cameras then have them reinstalled. Since I had them installed, it would be more cost effective to purchase a different more user friendly alternative and dump all this Zosi junk.As I said, this is my third (and last) Zosi I buy, and this one is getting returned. If the system works, it is satisfactory. If not , you are screwed! That is why I am awarding Zosi with the "Absolutely Worst Customer Service Award"!
