I purchased this product almost one year ago.After using it one month the dispenser lid started to wobble and comes off without releasing the lid from the hinge.I am hesitant to use it because of health concerns.The quality of the pot was below the standard in accustomed to from a Zojirushi product. The Zojirushi hot pot I replaced lasted 18 years.I'm anxious to hear back from the company.

I have few Jojirushi products, I love it! You may want to use bottle water to make it last longer.
