Great water capacity and heating capabilities. Love the modern look. BUT the COMPLICATED child lock on it made it impossible for multiple generations of intelligent people at my family gathering to use. It was really fascinating to watch. Returning bc we do not have small kids so lock was just frustrating.

I wanted to love it. BUT, it started to rust after a couple months. Contacted Amazon CS and being offered to return the product and get refund under a special arrangement (after return window). However, once I received the return QR code by email, the refund total is discounted and excluded the sales tax I’ve paid. Amazon, can you tell me why?

When I opened the box, all the contact packings are opened. And found a huge dent on the dispenser main body! When I try to open the lid and check inside, found water inside the dispenser! Which means it’s a used one!!!!I got a used and damaged item by paying a brand new price!😡

I had to replace my other smaller unit when it stopped dispensing just over 1 yr. This unit holds 5L and is quite large for our space. Pros: design, functionality, easy to clean, valueCons: the button sensitivity is a little off-it requires you to touch them with the right amount of pressure, length of time and placement of finger. Once you know, it’s fine but, our guests all needed to be shown.Also, the lid doesn’t quite fit streamlined with the unit which only I notice.Otherwise, this is a really nice unit for people who grew up with the standard airpots in their parents’ kitchens. (We don’t need the swivel function and actually prefer that it stays put).

I have their rice cooker but want want to give this one a try. Please note the first few tanks of boiling water had some plastic smell? But it goes away after few boilings.

For a couple of weeks I'm using so far no problem. Just a little but of chlorine stuck at the button but I just add vinegar in the dispenser while hot and it turn out to clean again.

It’s great! Detachable kid is the best part as it becomes easy for periodic cleaning. Looks nice quality is way beyond the easily available Japanese boilers that I was using earlier. I am not sure if this one is Japanese too. Steel inside makes everything more hygienic. Good product. Use it for my noodles, and regularly during winters.
