JUNK. Sets on fire if it gets any heat. Even when it was no where near the flame, it'll smoke excessively.

Didn't buy if you're using oxygen and acetylene torches. Burnt a hole right through the blanket and caught on fire.

The edges not being the same material is weird. Edges melt, main part manages the heat well.

Worked great in a really crowded work area. Helped me keep the refrigerator electronics safe from the soldering work I had to do on copper tubing that was only a couple inches away. The cloth will still get pretty hot if it's hit directly with the flame, so it's not like it's stupid-proof, but it worked great as a heat shield for somebody who knows what they're doing.
