It started with JJ
ZippyPaws' co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family's 20 years' of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. ZippyPaws was established in 2011 and ever since we have created toys that embody JJ's best qualities: playful, colorful, and loads of fun!

My Brother left his Older Chihuahua with me to baby sit for a week and I purchased this for her & we played together everyday with it ! She had so much fun getting the squirrels 🐿️ out of the log and squeaking the squeaker inside them. She carried around one of the squirrels in her mouth off and on then hiding it somewhere in my house for later when she was ready to play with it again . Fantastic toy ! Would highly recommend it ! Great price & do play with your Fur babies with these , they require interaction ❣️ENJOY ❣️😃😃😃❣️

My dog loves this toy - he's very gentle with his toys. We've had the toy for months and it's always at the top of the toy box where my dog leaves it for easy access. He loves pulling the squirrels out of the log 1 by 1 and running around with them in his mouth. He's super gentle with his toys so this is still like new. If your dog is rough with their toys, this is not a heavy-duty design and won't last long, would tear easy. Great price for what you get.

I was working on a specific woodland scene and these adorable chipmunks were the perfect little critters for this part of the scene. I didn't even realize that they were dog toys until I accidentally squeezed one and it squeaked. So cute and exactly what I was looking for. And I am sure that your dog would love to chomp and toss and love these stuff animals too. I don't know for certain that they are chew proof, but they are very well constructed and tightly stuffed.

Got this for the family dog, she loved it! Put the chipmunks inside the log and she had fun trying to get them out. The chipmunks are also squeaky. The toy lasted longer than these things usually do, but did wear and tear after a while. Our dog is small (35 lbs) so beware if you have a larger dog or a heavy chewer it may wear out faster.

Bought this for my Newfie when she was just a pup. It had been a favorite ever since. We stuff a few treats inside and pack the log with the squirrels and other small toys. When then toss it and tell her to “find the treats”! It’s fun to watch her dig and wrestle the toys out. Then to see her stick her big snout in to try and get her treats is good for a grin. This toy is still in great condition with no damage. It has been laundered many times and holds up great. She’s a dog that will do anything for treats, and this is a great way to make her think it through and work for her rewards. Only thing I would change is to maybe make the log crinkly. Otherwise a great treat dog toy.

Very cute toy that my dogs loved. We purchased two of these same type of puzzle toys and both of my dogs preferred this specific one. Even with putting them up and then reloading it after they'd get them out, all of the little chipmunks didn't make it through the first hour of play complete. In defense of the toy, I haven't found a stuffed toy yet that has survived a full day with guts in tact. The main piece appears to be made a little better than the chipmunks. Since it is the chipmunks that dogs are targeting, it would have been nice if they were more durable. Maybe with the size it's not realistic or maybe it's better for sales of the re-fills, I don't know. I did find that there are fillers you can get that are a bit cheaper, so if you didn't mind mismatched prizes in the log, you could do that. Overall, I really like these, but I went in knowing that my dogs were going to be able to destroy it quickly.
