Bought this for our boys for Christmas. Our four-year-old absolutely has used it every day we put it together fairly easily. You definitely need two people to put it up. It comes with plenty of cable.

Overall, this is a really good Zip Line Kit for the price. It took some time to find the right trees with a clear path through our mountain property and then to get it installed properly. With the line being as long as it is, you have to remember that the weight from the rider will cause the line to drop towards the ground, and the larger riders will skim the ground if the line is not attached high enough. All components seem to be great quality with the exception of the line tightener. I’m sure it’s substantial enough but it would be reassuring if it were more robust. I like the features of the safety rope and the safety belt for the smaller children. The spring brake works well for our smaller grandchildren but wouldn’t do a lot for a full-grown adult. We’ll be adding an additional bungee to the existing brake system after finding two larger trees far enough apart and able to withstand weight at a greater height.

We are going to take it over to our grandchildren's house and set it up over there. They are ages 3,10 and 14. The set looks like it has everything needed to set it up, except for the trees. It looks like high quality, super sturdy and durable equipment. I love that it has a safety belt, and everything seems to stress safety. My kids had one in there day, but this has come a long way since then. I think that all three of the grandkids will love it and have hours of fun. My husband and their dad will be the ones to set it all up. I will update as to how set up went and how much the kids like it once it is complete.

I recently set up the 100ft Zip line Kit in our backyard, and it has been a fantastic addition for both kids and adults! The kit is designed to support up to 400lb, which makes it incredibly sturdy and safe for everyone to enjoy. One of the standout features is the special retractors and thickened disc seats. The retractors ensure a smooth and controlled ride, while the disc seats are comfortable and robust, providing an extra layer of safety and enjoyment. The installation process was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. It took a bit of time and effort, but the end result was well worth it. The zip line has quickly become the highlight of our backyard, offering endless fun and excitement for family gatherings and playdates.Overall, this zip line kit is a high-quality, durable product that delivers on its promise of fun and safety. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a thrilling activity to their backyard!

This is a good starter set, the instruction manual was easy to read. The zip line however is a thinner metal than I’d imagine for a zip line. It does hold up well, but I’m not too sure the metal will last unless taken down through the winter wet months. So far no issues with the durability. Overall great product, I think this item is a bit pricey for the quality of the items.

We put this zipline up today. Here's what we liked about it:--Great length of cable--good quality of cable--easy to put up with the wincher thing included. I mean, it was still hard and took 5-6 of us to use 12' boards to hold up the wire while one person stood on the ladder and tightened the cable. But easier than another zipline I've put up before that we never could get tight enough to not hit the ground when swinging on it.--the included tree wraps are great for the treesThe cons:--The wrench it came with isn't long enough to use comfortably. Having your own adjustable wrench with a long handle will make it way easier to tighten the cable since you'll be standing on a ladder and reaching up to tighten it.--The swing really needs a brake on it. It has the spring at the end to stop the zipline from crashing into the tree, but it's not very strong. I imagine it'll be pretty squished in only a few months. It seems long, but not long enough because after hitting the spring, the seat part of the swing still hits the tree.--The zipline goes really fast. That's great, but after hitting the spring (the "brake") you'll still hit the tree from going so fast.--One of the handlebar covers came off on the 2nd time using it. This made my daughter fall off and land on her face. She had been swinging by the handlebar instead of the seat, which is how we wanted to use it.The only way we can use this zipline safely (since we still hit the tree on the handlebars or the seat) is we got a different handlebar with a brake. You pull on the handlebars to slow and stop yourself. So I suggest you do that too. We only had a 7 degree angle on our zipline and it still went fast and slammed us into the spring and then the tree. But with the handlebar brake we can slow down when hitting the spring and not slam into the tree. All in all, we are thrilled with this zipline because it came with everything we needed to put it up and we are loving riding it with the handlebar brake we bought from a different company.

Was it a good deal, maybe, I had to buy a bunch of extra parts from the hardware store to get it to hold my kids. The tensioner is poor, it will tighten to a good drooping line. The wire isn't coated so it will rust eventually.
