My tap water tested 180. Put cartridge in Zero water pitcher with and tested 0. Easy to install with simple directions and water tastes great!!

I’ve been using these filters for a couple of years and they last much longer than posted. Water is extremely fresh and clean and I highly recommend this product.

This is the only water that I will ever drink. When I go on road trips i always pack my own water jug so I can refill my cup. I absolutely love 0 water. I used to use a brita pitcher. And then I discovered zero water, and I have never looked back. I tested the water that comes out of the kitchen faucet with the zero water tester and the water that came out of the faucet was a 138 to a 187 parts per million. When I tested the Britta picture, it was 87 to a 129 parts per million. I have even tested random bottled water. Nothing is as clean as Zero Water. With the Zero water, I have 0 parts per million and I know that it's the best water filtration system for my home, that is over-the-counter. Other filtration systems are very expensive to have installed. Or you have to pack around gallons of water that you purchase from the store. I have two zero water pitchers. The large pitcher and the XL long with the pour spout. I usually only use the XL with the spout. It's enough water just for me and I drink a lot of water. I would say the XL would work well for 2 adults and 1 to 2 small children per day depending on how much water you drink. I would completely pass on the pitchers. One pitcher = the amount you refill the XL pitcher with spout. The regular pitchers don't contain much water once filtered because these filters are larger. So I only recommend the XL that can sit on counter or in fridge with the spout. If you like your water cold I recommend an Ice machine because your not going to want to be lifting this in and out if the fridge. I always buy these replacement filters because I know they are original from the Zero Water factory. The filters are more spendy but who cares when it comes to your water!

I got one when I open it, It was wet. So i returned it. later I called customer service she said it supposed to wet. They clean it before seal it so it could be wet.When you put it on haver to be make sure it was tigh no water drop from the sides then you can able to read trhe water leaveel is zero.

I've been using zero filters for a long time, and it's the same ole story. Some filter quicker than others. I use these a lot and on average I get about 6 weeks of clean and tasty water. I recommend this system but the filters could be better. Maybe it's a quality control thing or something else. Good filters most of the time

The product itself is good but I got ripped off, I ordered 2 of the double pack, only got one set in and they weren’t even in the same box, they were single boxes, and I only got 2 outta 4, definitely not ordering from these sellers again
