I had high hopes for this Zep Hair Clog Remover as I had read favorable reviews online. I followed the directions perfectly, twice. The hair clog in my bathtub drain didn't budge. I ended up buying the Amazon Basics Drain Clog Removers, which are cheaper and actually worked. Seriously, don't waste your money on this stuff.

Used it 3x on bathroom and kitchen sinks. I gave it two stars because it did nothing but leave a tiny amount of black grit, which is probably what is lining my pipes and clogging them. So it was more of a diagnostic tool—not a drain unclogger—which was NOT what I bought it for! 😂 Time for a plumber…this was a waste of my money.

Master bath bath tub and sink. I have gotten it on my fingers before and it didn't burn while I ran to the hall bathroom to wash my hands.

A must buy if you live in an older home like me. I refuse to replace my plumbing as that's way too extensive & unnecessary; if it ain't broke etc...Every once in a while, I get a clog in my kitchen or bathroom sink & this works!My nephew is a plumber & he's the one that recommended this product. He won't use anything else.I now use it more as a preventative & use monthly.Also, when I have a slow clog, I let it drain & dry overnight. Then I use this product & first flush with hot water from my coffee maker & flush with hot water from faucet for a few minutes.Again, I now use this as a monthly preventative and no longer have issues.

This product is prefect to unclog the hair on the drain, it works pretty good, I recommend this product.
