I love this training vest! I have been strength training for about a month. I was looking for a training vest to give me more resistance help burn more calories and strength from my muscles. This vest is amazing. It is true to wait. I got the 10 pound best. I have a 40 inch chest and it fits perfectly. It is really comfortable and very adjustable. It is very nice quality and very durable at first. I thought that I might not like a vest. I couldn’t adjust the weight but quickly realized it was the best thing as I couldn’t take the weights out when I found it tough it forced me to finish the workout with it on and I like that. It comes very nicely, packaged, and a lot of care has been taken to make sure it arrives in good condition. Very easy to use all you need to do is pop it on and adjust to your size. I definitely feel this is going to improve my strength help define muscles and help burn more calories. I think it is excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

There's a lot to love about this vest and only a couple drawbacks.✅ This vest runs small which means it fits women's smaller frames better and it fits nice and snug on a man's frame.✅ The wide front area is great for women who need space for their chest. Many brands do not accommodate for breasts.✅The front clip can comfortably sit higher than shown which makes this one of the best shapes I've seen for busty women so far. (see pictures)✅ The bulk of the weight sits high between the shoulder blades where it belongs, alleviating the shoulders and chest space for breathing.✅ The quick adjust straps at the sides make it quick to adjust and secure well.☑️ I can't stand all the generic branding.☑️ A bit on the higher price range compared to the market

Someone else commented on a smell, but mine didn’t have that. I got this to go on walks to help add in some “work”. My strength & conditioning husband even commented that it was comfortable for wear. It’s super easy to adjust. For me, it gives me just enough extra weight to feel it but not feel overwhelmed. I look forward to wearing it on walks, doing chores around the house or even when it’s pickle ball weather again.

This works well for me. Being prior military I'm used to weight in a rucksack. I thought this wouldn't be too noticeable. It is. 10 lbs is a lot of weight.It's kind of interesting as I am easily 30 lbs overweight. It kind of puts it in perspective when you add that weight to a vest.When you are overweight you are carrying that much weight on you at all times.

I'm 5'3", 135lb. and got the 10lb. size. It is adjustable for a perfect fit and very comfortable. I like to wear it around the house while I'm doing chores to add some extra resistance and strength building to my movements. I also find that if I wear it while sitting and working, it encourages me to keep my shoulders back and sit straight. The first few days my back muscles were sore from the new challenge, and I figured that was a good thing. It's an easy add-on to my health routine.

The material this is made of smells absolutely toxic. It is so strong that we put it outside for about 5 days, but that didn't seem to make it much better. It is well stitched and the weight is nice and evenly distributed, but I can't get past the terrible smell.
