This is one of the best weighted vests on the market. It comes with removable weights, so you can add weight as you build strength. I bought this for my wife, and she started wearing it to walk with 10lbs. It's very comfortable and the. side straps are adjustable, so it does not rub or create blisters or discomfort. It's very well made and high quality.

1st time getting a weight vest and wasn't sure how it would fit. My chest is 30HH, so seatbelts and other things that go over my chest don't always fit great. This vest fit comfortably over my chest and the weight felt evenly distributed. It is very comfortable. The pockets are a great feature to hold keys. My phone didn't fit perfectly, but was fine if I was walking and not running or bending over. Very happy with my purchase .

I love this weighted vest! I bought the 11-20 pound vest and I’m so glad I did. You can make it lighter or heavier per your workout choice. This really pushes you in your workout. It does the job and is comfortable and not bulky which I like. You can adjust the sides to fit perfectly. The quality appears solid and nice. The design is sleek and can be worn by either sex. Love it!!! I have no regrets!

I love the way this weighted vest fits. I purchased the 20 lb. vest with additional weights and it is so comfortable and I get a great work out rucking. The vest very well made and I can tell it will last me for years to come. Love the additional weights that I can easily add. Well made, it makes rucking enjoyable.

This is easy to put on and take off. I like that the weight level is readily adjustable even though I am using the full amount of weight that it allows for. What I don't love it that it has a fairly detectable "rubber" smell (even after airing out for multiple weeks), and that the weight bags can fall out pretty readily. Overall, works pretty well.

The vest alone weighs about 10 pounds so without all the other individual weights it’s heavy enough. Good to know there’s room for adding more. They easily remove from their little pockets. Like that option. Fits my 145 pound, 5’7” frame well and is easily adjusted.
