The Zacurate Pro Series 500DL fingertip pulse oximeter is manufactured according to the CE and FDA standards set for pulse oximeter designed for sports enthusiasts, pilots or anyone who wants to obtain their SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation levels) and PR (Pulse Rate) on the go. The LED display now faces the user so that the user can read it easily. We have upgraded internal hardware and software components of the pulse oximeter. For example: the pulse oximeter can now display SpO2 up to 100%! Taking a reading is easy, just clip it on to your finger and turn it on at the press of a button. The large LED display makes viewing the results a snap. Its small size makes it easy to carry around and a lanyard is also included for added convenience. Comes with 2 AAA batteries and a silicon cover to protect your pulse oximeter from dirt and damage. Zacurate is a registered trademark of USPTO. My husband likes it. Easy and quickly checks his oxygen level. Fun fact, his oxygen reads higher on his ring finger than his other fingers.

Pulse oximeters are useful in many settings. In my school nurse office, it is helpful for children with respiratory conditions. I keep them in my home as well for myself and the family. Readings are accurate. They can be used in professional and personal settings.

Very impressive! My last one (different brand) would not read at all if my finger was even a little cool. Not this baby. Inserted the provided batteries, turned it on and voila, immediately got my readings. Totally worth the money!!

I need something to track my breathing oxygen levels. This Zacurate Pro series 500L fingertip pulse oximeter blood oxygen saturation monitor is perfect. Very accurate as compared to my doctors. I love the purple color! Also comes with a silicone cover which keeps the dust off. Easy to use...... put your first finger in and push the button, only takes seconds to get a reading and it turns off by itself. It doesn't squeeze hard and it's soft on your finger.

I bought this for my mother following lung surgery while she was on oxygen. It works well enough. Sometimes it would seem like it was reading too low. We would double check, then triple check & typically checks 2 & 3 matched. So just be aware. I like the purple so that it stands out. Makes it easy to find if it gets lost in the bed or falls off the nightstand.
