I have difficulty maintaining a O2 level. I have tried and purchased many pulse oximeters in the past. The difficulty with most that there batteries did not last long enough. The device was difficult to use if you moved around and that you did not get continual feedback on your O2 level. The Wellue O2Ring is the first oxygen meter that I have owned that provides me with an oxygen meter that provides me with the short comings from other devices of this type. You can’t go wrong by purchasing the Wellue O2Ring.

I purchased this ring because I caregive for my mother and wanted something that allows me to monitor her oxygen levels as she is prone to her lungs collapsing. The ring has great features in the app that allows you to view oxygen levels and heart BPM., however you must be connected on Bluetooth near the device in order for it to work. So I can not monitor my mom’s oxygen levels if I am away from home because it’s not in range of Bluetooth. Also the device itself has a great feature of giving a notification if oxygen or BPM drop or exceed a certain number (you can set in app). One flaw this has is it constantly is disconnecting from Bluetooth. For something I paid over $200 for it fairly disappointed that it constantly disconnects. The ring has great intentions but if it’s constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth (while in range) it can have room for improvement.

Works well and provides alerts whom Oxygen falls below a specified level. More comfortable than wrist versions.

This ring does what it’s supposed to, is easy to use, and the associated app is also simple and reliable. It is comfortable and stays put. And the results are consistent with a few other similar devices I use to track HR, SpO2 and related statistics while awake and asleep. My only fear is that the center of the band could break (since it is much thinner than the rest of the band) but so far, so good. Would recommend this over the finger sleeve/wrist watch format, especially for sleep use, as it doesn’t “catch” as often when you reposition your hand.

Non intrusive, works as stated and provides great detail. If you want to track O2 levels though the night you need this!

Was feeling always tired so I bought this to track sleep since I use a CPAP. Sleep was fine. During the day I was getting alarms often. Pulse ox in 80s or even 70s! But more alarmingly it was showing many spikes in heart rate over 200 BPM!!! (I'm 60 and no longer do cardio workouts so I could never get that high.) This would often happen even when I was in my chair reading over materials. I kept trying to get into the Doctor with no success but when I finally spoke to a nurse at the Dr. office she immediately sent me to the ER. Hooked up to an EKG when the O2Ring repeatedly showed spikes over 200 BPM the EKG was showing a nice consistent normal heart rate of between 100-115 (while in ER there were many incidents of the O2Ring going nuts. See the photo.)Sadly it is past the return window.

I bought this ring four months ago. It worked for the first few months, but as time went on the low oxygen warnings became more and more frequent. I have checked my sp02 with a regular oximeter and the difference was over ten points or more. The flexible part of the ring has become stretched out over time and the ring has became more and more loose on my finger. It is now to the point the ring is completely inaccurate especially while I am sleeping.Tech support for this company is only through email. And so I had to wait for a reply from them each step of our conversation. Their fix for the problem was to tell me this (I am cutting and pasting the text from the email)."Hello customer.Thank you for your information. This device has a fixed finger ring size.If the finger ring size is too large, you can try gluing the elastic section with a piece of string or tape."I have since replied to them and told them using string doesn't work, but they have ghosted me and no longer reply to my emails.Hopefully this experience helps others from making the same mistake about this product that I made. If I could give this product zero stars I would gladly do so, not overly for the product, but for the customer service.UPDATE: Customer Service reached out after review and apologized for misunderstanding and replaced the ring.
