About this item

  • What You Will Get: the package contains 3 pieces of k type thermocouple sensors, sufficient quantities to meet your daily needs and replacements
  • Measurement Range: the temperature sensing line of the thermocouple sensor with a measurement range of 32-932 °F (0 - 500 °C); Probe sensor can be activated in 5 seconds, and the interface form is a flat plug in (also flat male connector); Up to 4 thermocouples can be connected, and you can take readings from 4 points concurrently
  • Versatile Uses: the temperature probes sensors can be applied for general purpose temperature applications, fast responding and suitable for contacting point and solid object temperature measurements; They allow thermocouples to be formed and bent, so you don't have to worry about the risk of cracking; Made of glass fiber, the type K probe sensors feature good insulation and heat resistance
  • Size Information: the metal head of the temperature controller sensor is approx. 4 cm/ 1.6 inches long; The type K thermocouple probe is approx. 100 cm/ 39.4 inches long, the diameter is approx. 3 mm; The type of thermocouple applied will determine the temperature range, sensitivity and so on
  • Universal K Type Thermocouple Sensor: the temperature sensor probe is compatible with most thermometer gauges that accept type K probes, also known as type K, universal and practical

Used a few times under the hood of a vehicle to monitor temperature of coolant to heater core. Accurate temperature with my Fluke meter, nice quality and good value.

These are much better than the ones that have cloth covers. Accuracy and durability are much better.

Pretty much plug and play. So far I’ve just bench tested, but it seems to work fine.

Worked well with the temperature unit I have.Use two of them to verify our oven when wife is baking 😊Only issue I've had is that the set screws in the connector came loose & I had to retighten them 🤷‍♂️

Of the 3 probes, one immediately was faulty reading 2000+ F, second one worked for several months before misreading the temperature and the final one didn't work at all fresh out of the package. The misreading was bouncing between thousands of degrees and the real temperature.

I have this thing going through my multimeters multifunction adapter and into a cheap multimeter. It reads room temperature until most of the metal shroud is immersed in something or a heat is applied nearly at the cable.I don’t know if this is meant to be an immersion thermocouple or what, but I did buy it for point contact heat reading on my soldering iron— a task it’s not suited well for— which might not be a task it was built for.I have no complaints about the item, I may need better tools to use it.

I bought these as a replacement for the probes supplied with the meter. Those probes were flimsy and inconsistent. The two did not read nearly the same as each other. These probes are accurate and stable with nearly identical reading when measuring the same location.
