1. The new pot can be used without any special method of opening the pot. And it can be used after cleaning. When cleaning the pot, please note that this thermometer is forbidden to be washed. Just wipe it with a cleaning cloth every day.
2. This pot is designed for saving oil. When using it, according to the amount of food ingredients, just put an appropriate amount of edible oil in it.
3. This pot is a special pot for home frying. And it is suitable for frying various food ingredients. The oil temperature required for different food ingredients can be controlled independently by its thermometer.
4. When cleaning the pot, the cover and filter can be removed and cleaned. The objects such as steel balls are not allowed to wipe the body of the pot. And please note that the thermometer cannot be washed.

I absolutely love this pot. I deepfry our own taco shells and it was always a big mess all over the stove when I did it in one if my cast iron oans. So much splatter. Not with this pot.It's easy to use, great quality for the price I got the small size, but might give it to my daughter and get the bigger ine for us. Even the small size still has quite a nice capacity though. I can het the skins of 2 whole baking potatoe sized potatoes in there to make.fried potato skins.

This little deep fryer is terrific and does everything it is supposed to. However, several reviews noted oil leaks around the handle rivets. Mine leaked too, but not so bad that it is a deal breaker and not enough to return it. The manufacturer should pay more attention to the attachment of the handles. A major leak could cause a fire.Otherwise, it is a good little fryer. The included thermometer is handy to monitor the oil temperature so you don't smoke up the place. My first try with this was potato chips, and they were perfect. On to Tempura.....

I thought frying chicken and shrimp in a skillet was good but since I bought this little baby I have changed my mind. Everything I have cooked in this deep fryer pot have come out super crispy and in less cook time than a skillet. The fun thing is that the temp never reaches what they say is the optimal cookie temp for any of the foods I use it for. As an added plus clean up is a snap and I don't have to worry about is rusting like my cast iron skillet.

Bought this to replace an old deep fryer but didn’t want something big like the one I had, found this to be the right size that I could use on the stove to heat it up and use it is great. And when I’m done with it can store it with the rest of the pots and pans, so all and all it’s a great thing to have.

Horrible and very dangerous!!!!!!!! Terrible quality. How do you get this trough quality control??? I used this for the first time yesterday and realized while oil was on the stove that it was leaking right under the lock mechanism below the thermostat stick. You can start the fire if you don’t keep wiping off the leek constantly. It started my fire alarm and made the huge burn mess on my ceramic cooktop!!!Go with different company, or at least try it right away so you can return it if defective.Very unsafe

For a stovetop fryer this works great. Easy to clean, keeps oil contained and not on the stove, and it has its own thermometer to let you know oil temp. I cooked shrimp in it and they turned out great.

My favorite little fryer. It's the perfect size. I keep a recycled peach glass jar for fryer oil that is the perfect amount for frying small batches whenever I get the craving for shoestring fries, tater tots, coconut shrimp. Then straight into the dishwasher. I love this thing.

I don't really deep fry food anymore. But there have been occasions that I wanted to, but didn't because I didn't want to fill a pot with oil. So, I air fry it instead, and it's never as good. This pot is the perfect size. I leave it on the counter and out of the way. Use it as needed. The temperature gauge seems accurate. I love the grate on the lid that drains the oil. And because of it's size, it heats up quickly and retains the heat even after adding items to fry. Great value and so effective!
