For the money worth it!!! Lack some integral strength but good for medium guy down in and out of a truck. A large guy needs a stiffer step! Buy some locking nylon bolts and ditch the lock washer.

These side steps are sturdy and look better than any stock option Ram has. They are very affordable and I have received many compliments on them.

Despite Amazon's vehicle fit check thing saying they wouldn't fit, they installed really easily on my '20 RAM 1500 Crew in less than an hour. Very sturdy and from a distance they look great! Yes, from a distance. While they arrived in an undamaged box with each part individually bubble wrapped, there were small scratches in the powder coat all over them, and rub/wear on the running boards. Clearly an issue pre-packaging. I probably should have returned them, but didn't wanna go through the hassle.

Terrible product! Followed the instructions, and they crackle when you step on them, don’t stay in place, and are already rusting in multiple spots after just two weeks. The rust is not minor—it’s on both running boards and very visible, which is completely unacceptable for something marketed as durable. A friend bought the same product, and the exact same rusting started happening to his at the same time. The build quality is poor, and the rust makes them look old and worn almost immediately. I want a full refund for this defective product. Do not recommend!

Package received had been previously opened and poorly taped back, the old shipping sticker was on the box but mostly cut out. The mounting nuts and washers were missing and the rails were scratched and chipped.
