Works quite well. The trick is spray the pan heavy. And spray inside AND outside of rings VERY heavy. After you crack the egg into the mold. Add 1/4 water to pan and cover so it steams the top of eggs. Then they'll release so u can flip

I've found that you need to use the right pan for these Egg Rings to work well. Some pans will allow the egg to run underneath the bottom of the ring. It can be tricky to get the egg to detach from the inside of the ring and a non-stick surface there would really have helped. Which leads to the rubber sleeve that is supposed to protect you from getting burned while trying to get the egg out, but that rubber sleeve is not nearly thick enough and gets very hot, and a stove mitten is often needed in this last step. In the end, it does the job, but has some flaws.

Non Stick Surface is peeling off and eggs tend to stick to them unless you use lots of butter. Overall let's you make a decent egg with muffin breakfast sandwich.

This is a great product for keeping eggs a certain size for when I make an egg, sausage and cheese biscuit. Works extremely well!
