The heel of this device broke off in February. Cheap, evidently. My partner has had one for YEARS, and she and I have both used it pretty regularly. I wanted one for myself, but this one surely didn't last for years. I bought it in August of 2024, so it lasted 6 months.

I love the stretch these things provide. The heel on one of them just snapped on me today. Just be aware that this is a weak spot.

The glue holding the base does not hold. Real cheap.

This has been a tremendous help in stretching my foot, Achilles, and calf. It's a great product for the price. The cushion part to protect the floors is cheap and immediately had to be glued back on, but otherwise it's a good product.

I never knew these existed. My physical therapist uses these. I bought one. The price was great and the product sure makes my charcot feet feel somewhat better. Buy it, super durable strong plastic!

I first used this at physical therapy for a bone spur. It gives a better stretch than standing slightly away from a wall and pressing in. Keeping the calf stretched and the ankle flexible helps with balance!

Yet to see if it does improve an Achilles injury, early days . My only comment at this moment would be that it would have been very helpful to have some instructions included!! Working blind here!!
