Bought this for my wife who wanted some weight while doing cardio. The 20 lbs is a lot but finds the 11 lbs to be perfect, loves the comfort of the vest and even weight distribution, as well as the reflective stripes.

Item is exactly as described. Well made and comfortable. Vest alone is 11 lbs and comes with individual small weights that can be added for additional weight. Do your homework before purchasing, 11 lbs is a lot for someone inexperienced.

Easy to wear and adjust. I like the pockets on the front to hold my keys and phone while jogging and hiking.II got this vest to help train for an upcoming backpacking trip. I like that I can add weight as I go through my training phases. It's a little big and bounces around when I run, but I have narrow shoulders and expect that to an extent. Nothing I cant deal with.

This weighted vest is great for beginners, it fits well and is exactly as pictured. The weight is evenly distributed when the vest is worn and the reflective fabric strips provide visibility during winter walks.

Love walking with this. I have 2 weighted vests, this goes on over my head and the other zips up like a jacket but for comfort I prefer this one. It is much heavier than the other one but easier to wear and less strain on the shoulders.

The Yes4All Adjustable Weighted Vest offers a good range of weight options and is definitely durable, but it has some drawbacks. The adjustable weights are a great feature, allowing for a customizable workout experience, and the reflective strip adds an extra layer of safety for outdoor exercises.However, I found the vest to be bulkier and less comfortable than I expected. The padding could be improved, as it tends to dig into my shoulders during intense workouts. Most importantly it fits over your head which I didnt like, I wanted a vest that I put my arms throgh like a jacket not like a sweater I uoll over my head It's a decent choice for adding resistance to your workouts, but this one wasnt for me

If you're getting a weighted vest, I highly recommend getting something like this with weights you can add/remove and adjust as you grow. Having adjustable weights also helps greatly with modifying weight distribution to your own preferences.The pockets are convenient and fit my phone + mp3 player. I don't know if all phones will fit.The side straps that clip-click-connect the front and back portion of the vest don't really stay adjusted unless you tie the adjustable bit off into a knot, but once you've set those for your preferred level of comfort/tightness/looseness, this vest is great.The reflective stripes are also quite nice and brightly reflective for those with outdoor routines in the dark where approaching cars and reflective visibility are important factors.The squishy weights to use for adjusting to your carry comfort, do, however feel a bit cheap, like very fine sand is held inside an extremely thin bag, so although I have no personal experience with a weight bag rupturing, i would advise gentle handling when adding/removing the weight bags.Additionally recommend one invest in a back brace while using this until you've developed enough lower back muscle tolerance for this added weight.

I appreciate this because the comfort and fit are almost perfect. The weight is between 20 and 32lbs but feels light since strap adjustments can be made. I do feel like this is a great value for money spent due to is structure and comfort. I’d recommend this for women who are broad chested because it helps relieve pain compared to other that would lay directly on top of the whole chest.

Product says 11-20 lbs but only 6 lbs were removable - can’t work up to 14 lbs as that’s the lightest it is

It’s very comfortable, fits well on the shoulders, claps on the sides, so stays on. The base vest is already quite heavy, and it’s wonderful to add the weights as I get stronger.
