After many attempts to connect with the unit Yale Support concluded that the unit I purchased was registered to a previous owner! I couldn't use it without his permission! So I returned it, this is very bad business ethics!

I couldn't get to the lock on my phone! It works perfectly with the Yale Access app.

I have been struggling to get the auto unlock to work consistently. The help options on the Yale site are not helping.
