It was a little trying to put together, for this old grandma, but I did it. It has really added functionality to my pool. After filling wth water, this is a good quality product at a very competitive price. Very satisfied.

The description says it has a weight load of 400 lbs. we got the booklet out and it says 250 lbs. The material is really flimsy. We didn’t use it and decided to send it back. The return shipping is almost the price of the product. Amazon washed their hands of it and said it was up to the stellar. They said I could sell the product otherwise I pay to ship it back. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with Amazon.

The supports of the pool ladder like to come out from underneath it they are not very sturdy

I’m happy cause it’s sturdy for larger family members otherwise they would not be able to swim because of latter not being wide enough to get in a above ground pool

It is not sturdy at all, and if you say it is, your crazy. Railings are super flimsy. Great for little kids or super skinny people, but if you have a full size body, forget it. My husband did a little work and made this stronger. So now you can walk up and down and it not be so shaky. All this is, is plastic. PVC and molded plastic steps. It was shipped FEDEX in 2 shipments. BIG MISTAKE using FEDEX. Got the ladder on time, but the steps took them 1 week to deliver. fedex had the package in the warehouse because it fell off the delivery truck then they walked all over the box. I have tons of pictures. Horrible delivery experience. Seller needs to use UPS. Bottom line, Not worth the price.

ladder meet all expectations, upon deliver there were some step caps missing. sent a message, answered the next day. new parts deliver in two days

For what this ladder cost I sure had higher expectations. The instructions are meh, parts aren't well marked and overall it is not sturdy. The weight rating I saw on the page is very different than what is listed in the instruction manual. To be honest the ladder that came with our pool is of higher quality and sure feels much more solid.
