Good caulk. Dries with a slightly white/opaque finish. It goes on smooth. Generally comparable in viscosity to GE branded silicon caulks. One nice addition here is the screw on cap on the tip which you can use to close the tube to save any remaining caulk. Comparatively, this is about 30% more expensive that for a comparable product at your local home improvement store, so I can't say this is a particularly amazing deal.

I have been using this Silicone for the last month, the first thing was to seal a crack between two pieces of wood, and the second to seal the outside of an air extractor.It worked as intended, the smell is there yes, but is not too bad and it goes away fast enough.What I really like the most is that I opened one tube last month but I did not use it all, today I checked and the remaining silicon inside the tube remains in good condition and still can be used.

I ordered these for a bathroom project.It definitely had less of an odor than other caulks I've bought in the past. But it's not completely odor free when applying it.It was easy to work with and it dried quickly.It was perfect for my needs. I'd definitely recommend it.

I wanted a caulk that was clear to maintain the appearance of several indoor and outdoor windows and other bathroom fixtures. This caulk is waterproof as it states, I have applied it in and around my shower, and it has not discolored, molded or fallen apart. This silicone caulk has drastically reduced the heating and cooling losses from my home. It's easy to apply with the bottles nice tip. One application will last for years to come!

I was redoing a room and had to caulk around windows and new trim. This worked well! I painted over it too. I used some extra in the bathroom on a new tub spout as well. I took a shower an hour after and didn't have any problems. This worked as well as caulk you can buy in the typical big hardware stores, which I am used to using. My room looks great!

XFasten Clear Silicone Caulk These caulk tubes do not have the usual fixed cone applicator, but come a screw on cone applicator. They only supply two screw-on cones with the four pack, so you will have to take care to keep and clean the screw-on cone applicator. The two screw on cone applicators come with as crew-on cap which I would imagine will work better for keeping unused caulk fresh than attempting to secure a screw in the front of the applicator. It seemed to work as well as most caulk. It is too late to speak of how well it holds up over time, but if it fails to impress I will update the review.These tubes were just a bit more difficult to work with than standard tubes with the applicator built in, but I do suspect the screw-on cap will help preserve any remaining caulk better than my usual DIY method. 3.5 starsExplaining my rating system:5 - a superior product - I would highly recommend4 - above average – a great choice3 - average – what one might generally expect2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative1- Horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible

This package comes with 4 packs of clear silicone caulk with volume of 10.1 oz each. These silicone sealants are 100% waterproof and also weatherproof. They are ideal for use in kitchen, bathroom or outdoor. In fact, they can be applied in various areas such as windows, gutters, shower, bathtub and sink etc. Moreover, the silicon sealant is compatible with almost all solid materials such as metal, wood, glass, tiles and even concrete. They are neutral cure and without VOC. They are not odor free, but the odor is not strong during application. After cured, the odor became less and won’t feel dis-comfortable.The application of the caulk is easy. It works with a caulking gun. Each caulk has already attached with a nozzle. Simply pinch a hole on the cartridge and attach the nozzle with the tip cut. Then put the cartridge in the caulking gun and start working. Of course, preparation works such as remove old caulk and dirt, clean the application surface and fix the guiding tape if necessary.I like the attached sealing cap with thread that can be screwed on the nozzle. This allows easy sealing of the opened nozzle and prevents curing of the unused silicone. Although it may not 100% avoid drying, at least it can be retained for a longer period of time that allows it to be used on next projects. As a whole, they are versatile silicone sealant that work well and with good value.
