This part went bad on my 2017 GTI. After calling the dealer and getting a $610 quote I almost had a panic attack.. punched the part number into Amazon and boom! $32.99. Came in a day, fit great, and car is fixed.

Start off by saying these did not like the LED D4S bulbs I put in them. Both were intermittent with all the settings and one eventually welded itself to the ballast. So if you install these DO NOT PUT LED REPLACEMENTS IN.

It says it fits a 2005 Cadillac SRX but it does not. It's a 12-pin plug but the original part pulled off my Cadillac is a 4-pin plug. The item description is incorrect and needs to be fixed.

This item fits 2011 mazda 6 gt. Maybe mention the screw holes are smaller than oem and needs to be drilled a little. Just jack up car, remove plastic wheel well, balast screws are accessible from there, remove the bulb and balast with harness. Screw new harness with old screw to balast and do opposite of removal. If you are little handy you can replace from there. No need to remove bumper like you tube videos. I even replaced fog lights with 6000k led bulbs, plug and play.
