Charcoal filter is Great I use it for filtering my distilled water. Drink it everyday and add mineral water drops to it. I feel so much better drinking this water

These work out well as an added addition to my Brita filter in a bag. I put one of these and Brita filter, into my glass mason jar carafe. I used to have a Brita pitcher, but switching to all glass slowly. I just wish they were not individually wrapped. More plastic to deal with. Reason for 4 stars. Others may like it though, for freshness I guess. If not wanting to go away from plastic, I probably would of too. The price was cheaper then last set of them I got from another seller too. Work well!

With less cost for the activated carbon filters used in my water distiller I am able to change them even more often for even better tasting water.Though I am sure I could go the two months that the instructions with my distiller says, I usually only run about half that amount, or change every month. I usually process from one to two gallons 4 to 8 Liters per day.

Individually wrapped to prevent the absorption from contaminants in the air and to keep it clean. Hardly any powdery charcoal after the first rinse and clear after soaking in distilled water for 20 minutes. Bag porosity if perfectly balanced between slowing of flow of water, thus giving time to filter out impurities and allowing flow without causing leakage at the head seam of the distiller.

Advertised as compatible with. Megahome distiller.With this Charcoal filter distiller the filtered water comes out from the distiller a grey colour. No matter even if you rinse them before using. I have thrown them in the rubbish. Made in China.

I am impressed with how sturdy these packets are. Far better than any I have ever used. Since they can be used over and over, I'll never need to buy any more filters. I am fully satisfied.

These are a good value for what you get! Charcoal filters are a must for filtering out additional impurities that sometimes evaporate with water when it is distilled. You can research that yourself, but these seem to work well for that. I do rinse it out before the first use with distilled water to get rid of the charcoal dust, and then place it in the distiller's down spout to collect those additional impurities. I change it every couple of weeks or so, depending on how many gallons of distilled water I have made.PS - Distilled water is a must today. It gets rid of the fluoride in the water. You would be surprised at the residue remaining in the bottom of the take after every one gallon of water. Crazy amounts of contamination in our water supplies everywhere!

These filters are very good quality but they did not work well for me. Every time I used these with my distiller they caused leaks. The material is much thicker than the ones that came with my distiller, so this caused backups in the spout. I tried them one more time today but wasn’t able to keep as close of any eye on the distiller as usual and ended up with a soaked counter due to leaking.I’m sure these work well with other distillers, I’ve just found that they don’t work well with the CO-Z distiller despite multiple attempts.

These are a great product, and well worth the slightly extra cost. Similar products offered can be below par, with minimal amounts of carbon in each packet. These are excellent!

Arrived promptly to Perth Australia. Exactly as described. I use my distiller every day and when the last filter bag broke and I didn’t have any left I searched the internet and they were so expensive on eBay and other places but eventually found them on Amazon. Very happy. Thanks so much
