I got it a day before I was supposed to get it. Its brand new and so much better than what I have. But I got gears 5 disc when it was supposed to be the code with the other gears games I didnt get.

I ordered this product as used - very good. The system looked brand new out of the box. No scratches or dents. The controller felt great with no signs of wear. everything that was supposed t be in the box was present. Nothing was missing. The codes for the game worked and we were and running in no time! I would recommend this t a friend or family member!

The Xbox One X is a good upgrade over the One S. The graphics are sharper and the load times are a lot faster. The 1TB hard drive is large enough to install my games without needing an external hard drive. The processor and graphics cards have been beefed up and the One X supports native 4K resolution. All around a better machine, it may be enough for me to not want to upgrade to the Xbox Series X this winter.

The Xbox One X I purchased for my husband is great so far. We give it 4 stars only because technically it is outdated since there is a new console coming out later this year. The delivery was right on schedule, the price was less the buying at any local store and most of all it was not defective. All parts were included and we are now comfortably gaming with the desired 4k experience we had before his previous console malfunctioned. We are very satisfied!!

Beyond satisfied with my purchase. The one thing that had me nervous was the fact that many reviewers stated that there box was opened. Upon receiving and investigating I was able to piece together that box was opened to replace/add in the Gears of War freebies as this seems to be a standard Xbox One X, just with those extras, wrapped in a new sheath that features the Gears of War promotion. Everything inside was factory sealed, and I have had no issue with this (other than the system taking up a lot of my time!). Very happy I decided to be an equal opportunity gamer and bring home a current gen Xbox to the family.

It showed up on time. Minus one star because 1.) it had clearly been opened before, even though all contents were inside it still was a little un nerving to see. 2.) the warranty for the Xbox had already been active since October so I had to contact Microsoft and spend an hour getting them to reset it back to the beginning of its 12 month cycle. Not really sure why these two problems arose when the Xbox was supposed to be brand new, but it works and I’ve had no problems with it so far.

This is my first xbox that I own not the first time user of one. I really like that the update on it while setting it up makes it look more organized. Not the same as my son but I like it. Would recommend it to anyone. I was kinda worried that it would be preopened due to the comments but it looked like it has never been opened. The box it was shipped in was not damged so that was a huge weight off my shoulders. I have only played it once due to the games I wanted are still being downloaded, very slow internet in my area. Still worth the buy

As someone who has always used this console, I wasn’t disappointed. I have used Microsoft’s older predecessors of the console and will continue to use it. The video quality is great. The games included are great.If there is anything I would like to improve the console is more memory. I know 1 TB is a lot but not so much when it comes to wanting to have multiple games. I would also like it more if you didn’t have to install each game you want to play. But maybe in the future they can make that optional.

My partner loves this new Xbox that we got him for Christmas. The games uploaded without issue and it appears to be working great. That said, the box did look pre-opened when we received it (seals had been sliced open). Luckily everything works fine.

I love my new Xbox 1 XIts so greatI love all the featuresI especially love the reverse capabilitiesIt has a tendency to freeze and unfreeze itself tho it’s something I can live with lol.It just sucks that aside from the fact of freezing, the reverse capabilities don’t include regular gaming like for 360 games playable on Xbox 1 X, it takes away the extras and add ons for some games.Like batman arkham island where you could buy stuff for the game but on this console all you can do is play the games and just try to progress through it unlocking features instead of buying them. Im still glad that i have my new Xbox 1X and that atleast i can still play my old favourite games.

The packaging was good and all. Clean, it's definitely new. The codes for the gears games come in an enclosed envelope that can't be opened and resealed, least without notice. It's all heavy duty equipment, for the sleek size of this Xbox it's heavy. I noticed some people have said that it's pre-opened and what not. Codes don't work. Etc. If it's opened and resealed that's not always a bad thing good to have a tested open package than one that's not and is broken. As for the codes, I'm sure some are redeemed by people and what not you can't always expect good from any business. But my experience has turned out great. I'd definitely recommend this console.

Console seems nice so far, but controller is... BAD. Disconnecting every few minutes, I don't think it is worth it... I will probably return because one of these controller is worth 50$, not expending on a brand new controller, just had it for 2-3 days and since day one giving issues. Controller is still on, and yet it looses connectivity at random moments when I'm the middle of playing. As seen on the pic, Controller on, tv says disconnected.Update:I requested an equal exchange and the one I received is perfect. No controller issues or anything. I do recommend getting those grip accessories for the controller, it helps on gameplay a lot. I recommend that if you have the opportunity, get xcloud. Good thing is that if you play from phone, it gets saved in your profile, so you will not loose anything.
