Ordered this certified preowned before I moved out of state. Unfortunately, by the time I set it up & used it for the first time, it’s past the 90 day return window. From the very first time I turned it on, it shuts down after 3-5 games max. Massively overpriced & disheartening the product does not work at all from the start.

Now I know why I alway bought Playstations for my boys. My 13 year old son saved his money up to buy this xbox on August 11,2024 here we are January 14th and it's fried or something. It will power up but won't come on... needless to say don't waste your money after talking to several people I found out they all had the same issue and I was told this could not be fixed!

Im half American/British and just moved back to the states after 7 years away. I needed a new console so decided to go with the cheaper option and got an Xbox over PS. The Xbox was supposed to come Aug 1st but it didn't show up till Aug 7th. It's not the sellers fault as it was an issue with USPS but still was annoying. As for the console itself, it works great. It came with a power and HDMI cord so was able to quickly set it up. Bought GTA to go with it and it read the disc fine and promptly downloaded the game. Also you get the first month of Game Pass Ultimate for just $1 if you are making an Xbox account for the first time. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a more cheaper option but want a good working system.

To be honest I was expecting to have some kind of issue, but I did not. Console came with everything it was supposed to, all items were in good condition. I plugged in, turned on, ran through the initial setup then it started updating for about 30 mins. All in all, I’m pleased with this order.

It worked for 4 weeks and all the sudden it started freezing up did a factory reset it won’t load properly and I start putting my username and password in it will not enter it it freezes and then I restart it and it will not fire back up. Still playing with it to get to work.

La consola funciona bien, sin embargo, el control que traía tiene muy poco alcance o se desconecta si no está dirigido a la consola... pero no sé si es el control o la consola. De ahí en fuera, funciona muy bien.

Happy as can be!! Worst part was waiting for it to arrive, but 4 or 5 days isn't too bad of a wait. I was a little concerned about it. Microsoft was on the phone with me for hours trying to get my original Xbox one to take a needed download. I was worried I wouldn't be playing an Xbox One any more. New one looks great and works great too!! Super happy with it. Played it a couple days before I posted a review. I would definitely buy another Amazon Renewed device!
