The delivery was fast and the Xbox looks great and preforms like it's brand new!! When my son's old one broke this refurbished one was just the right price and when it arrived my son was so excited and very happy with it!!

Although it is used it looks new and works perfectly. Wifes gave out after all these years and she had to have the One S because of all her games.

System worked fine. The seller didn't include everything as was quoted for the order. Sending back due to batteries missing, no trial info sent via email or with the system.

I knew as soon as I picked this package up at the mailbox this morning. I was not gonna be happy. It had poor packaging once my son, and I got home to set it up right off the rip when opening the box, the consul is not sent with a true Xbox controller like this post stageS. The appearance of the Xbox is terrible. Oh, but now for the good part!!!!!!!!!!!! Once my son gets it out of the box and starts hooking it up. We could tell that the HDMI port was really loose.( the spot where you plug it in to the back after fighting with it for over 20 minutes we never could get it to connect so now I have a very upset eight year old that doesnât understand why his mommy would buy him a replacement Xbox that doesnât even work mind you this is the same kid who just lost his Xbox to someone breaking in our home so to the seller thank you for making a bad experience even worse on myself and even more on my son heâs done nothing but cry all evening !!! I truly think that I deserve a replacement and my refund!!! But that is it gonna happen with shady people.

The package arrived quick. Ordered Friday and it arrived Monday morning. Everything in the box was not tampered with and new. Although it did not come with game pass it is only $1 the first month. Great product! It was supposed to come Friday!!
