I used these to make oak raised panel cabinet doors. After making 20 doors they still cut well. The rail and stile bits can easily cut oak in a single pass. It takes 3 passes with the panel bit because it removes so much material. The 1/4â shaft on the panel bit has a little wobble to it. If your router will take 1/2â shaft bits, buy that version. Good set of bits for the price.

these bits r great. i built my entire house's cabinets with them, upper and lower doors. we're looking at about 40 doors at least. you have to be gentle with them, let the tool do the work and don't force them i have no burning on the raised Pannel bit and some of that wood was 60-year-old cedar and quite hard or brittle after all the work was done the bits are still sharp and cut cleanly ,, fyi most of my lumber was recycled material

Very weak metal, only after receiving the load, the milling cutter bent.

First time I used them, they worked like a charm. Second time I used them, they started splintering and chipping the wood pretty bad. Still was able to utilize the pieces, but wasnt that happy with how they worked. I used the exact same wood both times so not sure what the difference was. Maybe next time I should gradually shave away instead of trying to make only a single cut. Will try that next time. But for the money, these are pretty decent bits.

These bit are sharp and cut to size. I had a small problem with the bearings on two of the three bits. Contacted the seller and they responded quickly. They didnât have replace replacement bearings handy in a timely manner. They went above an beyond and just sent a replacement set of bits. Thank you again for your help.

I had no issues with the stile cutters but the door panel cutter shaft already bending while I have not even finished the first door. I was literally going 3/8" depth at a time do was very gentle with it. I have seen another customer with the issue and I am now scared of using this. Even if I brave enough, the cutter is all wobbly do cannot get straight cut. I am a weekend hobbiest so it took me sometime to get to this step and find this issue. Now Amazon return window had already closed Jan 31 so I am now stuck and bl not sure what to do with my project. Very frustrating. I am giving 2 stars because the other two cutters did work with issues

Works well and I was very happy with the results (see pictures). But then the shaft bent slightly after a few uses. This meant the shape it cut wasn't quite spot on causing a slightly loose joint. I think the issue is the 1/4" shank for a router bit this large and not anything wrong with the build materials etc., but I don't have a 1/2" collett. Contacted the seller and they quickly offered a replacement. Taking into account that limitation, and the excellent customer service, I would buy again.
