This is an excellent value tape measurer. It's mostly encased with a rubber protective shell, which is much appreciated over some of the older full metal ones at my house. Given how clumsy I am, I am usually dropping and damaging surfaces with the metal ones.More importantly though, this one introduces two features that I don't have on any of my other tape measurers. First, there are two different brake buttons (separate from the lock). This is very helpful when retracting the tape from a long distance because you don't want it reeling back really fast, causing damage (or even worse, hurting yourself). The second feature that was incredibly welcomed is the magnets at the tip. It's strong enough to hold itself against a metal surface while you pull the tape measurer away, which can be quite a game changer when working alone. All of these features packed into such an affordable price makes it an easy recommend.

I was excited to see that WorkPro is recognizing breast cancer awareness through their proud support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. WorkPro has a long tradition of providing quality tools to builders, craftspersons, and home owners alike, and this 16ft tape measure is an excellent example of that tradition.• The pink color is awesome. It serves as a constant reminder of the breast cancer challenge, the survivors, and of course, those that have passed to the other side before a cure could be discovered.• 16ft size fits nicely in the palm of the hand, and is perfect for smaller jobs.• Brakes are conveniently located, providing the user with more than one option when they’re ready to set a length of tape.• Tape slides out from the body with a smooth motion. The lock is firm.• Tape is easy to read, with a nice assortment of graduations (down to 1/32”).• Tape is made from quality materials, it has good strength, and a stiff backbone. It can be extended out to 7ft without bending.• The outer case is rubberized, giving the user a firm grip. It also cushions the tape if dropped.• The metal hook or tang at the end of the tape is set with rivets and is slightly loose by design.• I checked the accuracy of the tape against two other brand name tapes. It’s spot on.• I found no issues that gave me concern.Overall, this is a GREAT tape for a GREAT cause. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This measuring tape seems to be of good quality, very functional, and the purchase goes to help a good cause, plus it's pink! It's pretty hefty, weighing almost a pound. The retractable measuring tape comes out and goes in smoothly, and the thumb lock holds very well. There are 2 break buttons - one on the side and one on the bottom. You really have to push and hold those to keep the tape from wanting to retract, and I don't have great hand strength, so I probably won't be using those too much, but I don't think that will be a problem. There are little magnets at the end of the measuring tape, so you can use those to hold screws or if you need to pick one up that fell on the floor or something while you're working, so that's nice. It has a belt clip, a wrist strap, and kind of a rubber casing, so if you drop it, it seems like it will be protected from breaking the plastic. The company supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., so it's nice to know the purchase is also helping a good cause. 5 stars from me!

There's nothing worse that having tools that are not yours to use when you want them. I had to get my own tape for projects I have been working on. My husband never places the tape where it is kept, and I spend so much time looking for it. Now, with this pink tape, he won't touch it because it's too feminine for him. The tape measure glides easily and handles like a charm. I can now manage my projects that are piling up.

I needed a tape measure that was longer than my 6 foot one, so I was excited to get this one, which goes up to 25 feet. Perfect! When I received the box, I was amazed at the weight- I thought this would be lighter, so I was pleasantly surprised. It feels like high quality materials and has a full three brakes to keep the tape from retracting. The main one you push down and it holds the tape on its own in standard fashion; the other two brakes will hold the tape but you need to hold the brakes down to prevent retracting. These brakes are all located at places that make sense for various positions your hands might be in. The tape itself is impressively rigid and holds under its own power very well, despite being pulled out a fair distance. This was crucial to me as I don't usually have a helper to hold the tape for me. I had to measure a room that was 16'x13' and this made it easy. I did have to fiddle a bit with the metal ledge that holds the tape, but that is normal. I did lose that holding power a few times and was prepared for the retracting tape to smack me in the face and maybe lose an eye. Thank goodness, the tape didn't whip around as some I've used have done, and it just rehoused smoothly and without any damage to any part of me. That was a relief! I love that this supports breast cancer and includes paperwork to that fact; that was pretty cool. Overall, this is a great measuring tape, I was impressed with the quality and very happy to include this in my took bag! Highly Recommended!
