Coming out of the box they seemed really sturdy made. I was wondering why I read so many bad comments. Then I tried one. They fall apart on little effort from you. The shaft comes undone just rolling walls after one hour. Another after I tapped to try to get roller cover off. Not good at all!

Professional Painter here. Thought I'd save some time and $ by buying in bulk. Was extremely disappointed in the lack of quality of these frames. First things first, the frames are too narrow, allowing the roller cover to slide right off. Since I'm an idiot and I bought an entire case of these, the workaround I came up with is to wrap each end of the circle parts with 5-8 wraps of tape. Even having the roller cover travel slightly off the end during rolling will cause issues, so the lack of fitment is no small thing. The last bit of scrutiny I'll give these is that they are so cheap they break when trying to tap the cover back off the frame. Typically, you can just take the frame and give it a tap on the edge of a bucket and the cover comes right off, but these are so cheaply made the entire end assembly comes off. I've used dollar store frames and never had that problem. I've use 5 out of my case of 24 and both faults I've mentioned here have been present in all 5. I can't believe Wooster put their name on these. They are absolute garbage and I'll be sure to avoid them in the future.

$1.60/eachThe are essentially a one-time use frame, but are still a good value (most roller frames get gummed up after a few uses also). It is nice to have new roller frames for every new job.The frames are very low quality, and they end up breaking apart when tapping of the roller, or if you apply too much pressure when rolling.

initial thought, good! Kinda pewney compared to the SW ones. My only concern is the plastic handle breaking while back rolling. Seems strong, but we shall see! I will change review if they suck!

Great value for the money. The rollers are a little "sticky" when rolling but they work great for waterproofing membranes which is what I got them for.

Not the same product that is in stores. I should have known that because they were so cheap. The roller covers start sliding off the frame leaving roller lines. Not nearly as heavy duty as you can buy at Sherwin Williams stores. I am a paint contractor and have used a lot of roller frames in the last 20 years. I will be glad when these are used up.
