Cover for tightening nut broke off. Now paint can get all over it which I'm sure will eventually lead to a lot of fun when trying to install rollers and adjust. Used twice. As you can see, when cleaning the handle, the lettering came off as well. I wouldn't imagine selling a painting tool that loses it's branding when cleaned with a paint cleaner. (Just regular rubbing alcohol). May seem irrelevant but the lack of marketing planning says a lot to me. Update**. Contacted the seller and they immediately shipped out a new frame which appears in excellent condition. Perhaps my issue was a "one off". Before the tightening nut cover broke, I was very impressed with this frame. If there are no further issues, I'd say it's the best I've used.

Use this tool for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. Not to mention that it saves me so much time to paint two rooms because of the wide area it covered.

Good product, but arrived without the endcaps. It seems to be lightly used. I guess it was a returned item that has been resold.The frame itself is light an holds the roller cover in place. (I have 12 inch covers with endcaps but these endcaps doesnt fit the american size 1,5 inch core ,newly bought from Amazon14 inch covers) It is comfortable to use. I hope it will last.

Worked great! Way better than Purdy! I am a painting contractor and I prefer this one over any other brand for interiors!

Don"t buy it .You can"t even use it i get it broken already .They added plastic stuff where should be metal ones like purdy.As a pro painter avoid to buy this twice expensive than purdy ,don"t listen to others with 5 stars.

excellent tool. like the sharp sides, just put a couple of small pad to avoid scratch corner walls
