Hi , used it in the morning . Cleaned and put it up . Low and behold had to use in the afternoon and as stated by another reviewer it WOULD not roll just slide down . Not only that after 1 days use it broke ( if 1 does it they all will ) production line . I'm a painter of 30 years and in my work experience this is junk . I bought 3 of them and sent all 3 back . HONEST IT WILL NOT ROLL ( CONSTANTLY AND SQUEEKS All THE TIME ) . Thanks .

Its PURDY nothing is better and yes I've tried others. They work but they don't compare to the quality of PURDY. The natural wooden handle is hard to find on others too.

Simply the best roller frame I have found - and I've used a lot. Works well at the end of an extension pole and will outlast many roller covers. Home Depot sells a similar one with a shorter frame, but I prefer the Purdy.

I have used one of these for probably 20 years or more. It works great and rolls easy. The wooden handle makes it easy to hang on to without it wanting to roll over in your hand. This one is a keeper.

This roller is my second purchase. I had the first roller for 12 years, but my daughter used it and lost a piece. I love the feel of the handle and it is well made and very sturdy. Because of the extended length, I could reach higher on the wall, without the ladder.

All cage rollers are very similar in their construction. This one isn't any different than any other cage roller out there. I personally like the wood handle and the solid extension hole but it really isn't different than a cheaper model.
